Float Love

I went for my first float today at Float Love and it was such an amazing experience! It was a wonderful way to relax and unwind. Melissa was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be back for more!

Make sure you look into the different tank options they have! I went with the open concept and it was amazing. Very ambient, quiet and private. I've always been wary of the music played at the end of a session to alert you, but it was very serene and started quietly, not like my fears of being jolted awake by rock and roll or something. 10/10 would definitely go again.

I was a monthly member of Float Now and really enjoyed the facility, staff, and service. I used the floats as gifts for clients and visitors. I was excited to receive an email stating that Float Love would honor the credits. They sent that email on November 25th, 2022. I responded to the email on November 29th stating that I tried to call and there was no answer and therefore emailing them to find out how many credits I had. That email was never acknowledged or returned. I followed up on February 25th with another call. The gentleman that answered said that it was too late now for the use of the credits. I explained the situation and he said if I was willing to sign up for another membership they would give me a free float. I declined and was upset that no one monitors their email inbox. I give this not as a complaint about the business or their facilities but more as feedback to the management. It is much easier and beneficial to both customers and the businesses to recognize when they have made a mistake and honor their commitments. You may have saved honoring my credits but you lost a customer and have gained a poor opinion of your management.

My friend gifted me with a float this morning and it was amazing. I had been here when the previous owner had it and loved it. Melissa is lovely and very welcoming. It is a warm and safe space to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Make sure you stay after for a tea in the cozy chairs. Thanks again!

I was treated so nicely when I arrived. Lena was calm and detailed with how the process works. Made doing this for my first time an amazing experience. The environment and the actual float itself definitely put me in a state of zen. Highly recommend checking Float Love out, whether you’ve done it before or not, this place is amazing. This was my first time coming to your shop and I will say that it won't be my last. I loved the experience of what you offer. I feel Energized and limber since the float. It felt like it was only 10 minutes but I was in there for 75 minutes. I would definitely suggest your business to my friends and family. Thanks again for the experience!

Kind and welcoming personal, and very clean place (sanitized after each session). One hour of floating in big tab full of salt water gives you a good rest. It is like a reset button on your computer - your body feels great after the session, while mind in rest.

First time floater! Finally able to relax and have some solid peace and quiet with zero distractions. Wonderful welcoming and the facility is beautiful to set the mood before you float. I actually felt the stress leave my body and my shoulders dropped I was so relaxed afterwards. Love the experience so much that I bought a membership on the spot.

I have chronic pain and after my first float I have less pain and less fatigue and so much energy. Melissa was so wonderful and informative and kind and made the experience amazing! Will be coming back for sure! Such an excellent experience and place for healing!
