the front customer service staff have always been so cheery, kind and helpful. Cosmetic staff are all delightful, pharmacy informative and polite and 99% of the cashiers are always wearing a smile.

Horrible Service, I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. Staffs behaviour is not polite as well.

i agree some of the staff here are very rude! i spend hundreds of dollars at canada post, unacceptable. its mostly the short blond head older lady.

haven't had any issues so far...knock on wood.

I’m not the type to moan on about retail workers, however the middle aged blonde lady with glasses could use some serious customer service training. I frequent this post office regularly as an online reseller, and have had mostly pleasant interactions with everyone here. However, during my last few visits I’ve had the disadvantage of dealing with this one lady. At best, it’s just a general sternness, and at worst it’s a blatant power trip. For context, I usually sell within Canada, and need no more than a simple stamp. However, this time i made a sale in the states, and thus needed to use a different service. Because I usually use stamps, I typically etch a “do not bend” label on my parcels. Instead of telling me kindly to put the warning elsewhere (on an already tiny 4”x7” mailer), she ends up giving me a patronizing lecture. I made a mistake sure, but if you’re in the business of customer service then at the very least treat people with neutrality at the very bare minimum. It didn’t help either when i said i needed the label at least somewhere on the package, which seemed to only aggravate more. I wasn’t trying to even cause trouble, it’s just that I absolutely cannot risk a bad seller review. She also got in a last comment about me not taking a picture of my parcel(s) after the transaction, which I already do prior to the shipment + show the receipt to my buyers as a way to verify the shipment (with an 100% positive feedback rating too). All in all, a very unpleasant experience. The young guy with glasses was pleasant as could be however, so props to him. Definitely won’t be back any time soon..

Extremely rude staff refused to help kept complaining that I should have bought the boxes and took them home packaged everything then brought them back to be shipped I sell on ebay I told her I took a cab here and a cab back home I needed her assistance with printing off my shipping form she told me they dont do that. I had three packages to mail out ebay prepay for shipping I just gave up and paid the cash which was over 100 bucks to ship all three very ignorant does not know what her job actully is need retraining
