Quebec Kitchens

Our experience with Quebec kitchens was awful. We ordered custom cabinets and a marble countertop from them. We worked with Amal who was unprofessional, always late in answering mails and calls. The installers were rude, didn't follow sanitary rules. On top they delivered the wrong size countertop and damaged our walls and 3 bar stools when they put the marble on them without asking us! For one month I have been trying to get them to compensate for the damages and they avoid it. Completely inexistent customer service and sloppy work.

These guys are real professionals. I have contracted them to do a kitchen's cabinets and a granit counter for my house. They delivered on time, the quality is a very good and the prices is very reasonable. I will leave the photo to tell the rest of the story :-)

They always communicated the steps of the process clearly, and quickly and efficiently responded and provided stellar service when small issues or delays arose. The quality of the kitchen--thermoplastic shaker style cabinets and white quartz countertops--exceeded our expectations and our vision truly came to life; we were especially impressed with the extent to which we could customize certain aspects (such as a large cabinet with glass doors and drawers). Beautiful products, excellent prices and fantastic service. Ashraf and his team did a wonderful job from beginning to end keeping all promises made. The only concern is their payment requests asking for the total bill to be paid before the job is complete.

We had order an exotic granite from Quebec Kitchens for our reno project and we cannot be please with their service and quality. Mohammad was very courteous with us, quoted us a great price compared to others in the city and was always available for when we had questions. The granite arrived in the delivery turnaround time he had mentioned and the installation staff was amazing. I cannot stress how they were the best suppliers when it came to installation taking care of all minor details and the installation tech being very polite and professional in doing the proper job until we were satisfied. I will definitely recommend and do business with Quebec Kitchens again!

This is the third time we have used Quebec Kitchens for our renovationprojects. We keep on going back because of their professionalism, quality standards, and the wonderful customer experience they provide. We have done our due diligence with other companies, but all fall short in comparison. It is not only about the wide selection of granite, quartz, or cabinets, to chose from, it is that they have the most updated fabrication and installation tools on the market. This results in a great experience.

Do not hesitate to put your trust in Quebec Kitchens. We were able to match our kitchen granite to our new installed island and this is a few years later. The result fantastic. The service we received from Amal exceptional. Their selection is great. You will not regret your decision. 2 thumbs up for customer service.

I really liked the service provided. I dealt with Mohammad, who was super helpful and professional. I ordered my kitchen cabinets and granite counter from Quebec Kitchens, and couldn't be happier with the end result. My kitchen is beautiful! Due to the great service I experienced and the products they have, I would definitely recommend this company.

BEWARE!! Although the materiel is good since imported, very bad service and extremely rude director: Ashraf" especially after you pay him all the dues: he becomes absent
