Was a good sized burger, wasn't sloppy and had fresh lettuce and tomato. No hot chocolate or any other drinks except coffee. Attendant was very courteous.

Went into the restaurant today trying to order food to go I didn't want to drive threw the empty drive thru because I was towing a trailer. The restaurant had a sign saying no dine in eating because of staff and I get that but why couldn't I take my food to go from the inside? The girl working the register was very rude I politely asked if I could order it to go and explained my situation she replied with can't you see the sign... I'll definitely not go back ill go into Nanaimo or somewhere else. Just avoid it if you can just so you don't have to deal with her bad attitude I understand your young and work at a fast food joint go to school if your not happy with your employment. Its not surprising they have such a bad review rating and bad reviews with her attitude nobody would want to come back.

Foods great. But gets a one star from me as they dont update their hours on google. Popped by at 8 and it was closed google says open to 10. Not good business practice

Greasy, overcooked fish....and I was totally looking forward to this.. .has been great so many times before! At least they redid it for me :( luckily, I kept the tartar sauce and fork lol. Was going to be two stars, but then I tasted the 2nd one.Argh, the 2nd one was undercooked...lost my appetite..as if hearing the cook say, What does overcooked fish taste like" didnt do it. Blah"

Edit: no recycling bin in the restaurant except for metal cans?Dined in 3 times, there were more dirty tables than clean and I never saw anyone cleaning tables.Today I had a “spicy ultimate crunch” wasn’t bad but it wasn’t spicy or crunchy.The milkshakes aren’t bad but they’re not very good, not to mention way over priced.

My last few attempts going here they were closed hours (3+) before their posted closing times. If they are not getting enough business to stay open late, then they need to do everyone a favour and change their operating hours to reflect it.

In the drive through... You have to ask for them to not forget the pickle. You have to ask for them not to forget the napkins. And you should ask for them not to forget any extras that you need. It always tastes good but there are often things missing
