Me and my family purchased a used car from Destination Honda.The salesman Harinder was great and very helpful with the process. He answered all my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. Jennifer and Faye from the financial team were also great. Overall great and friendly environment starting from the reception desk.Regarding the price I can say in general it was fare.

My 2016 Honda Touring's AC condenser has been repaired three times under warranty. It appears that 10th Gen AC condensers have a significant issue that Honda is not addressing despite the extended warranty. The express service advisor mentioned that his condenser was replaced twice within a year under warranty, and I have two friends who own a 2017 Civic Touring and a 2018 Accord Touring, both of whom had to get their AC fixed.My condenser was first replaced in 2019 at Destination Honda Kingsway, then in 2021, and most recently on May 31, 2023, at Destination Honda Burnaby. The most recent condenser repair caused a misalignment of the bumper and chipped paint. Aware from previous experience, I took pictures to document the potential bumper damage and showed them to the assistant service manager. The assistant service manager, named Joe Driver, promised to get back to me on June 1, 2023, but never did. I made multiple phone calls and sent him an email, but received no response.The AC issue has been extremely disappointing, and I'm also dissatisfied with the service involved. I have included pictures of the damage that occurred after the AC condenser repair.

I bought this 2013 Scion FR-S today and I love it. The experience here was amazing. Huge thanks to Reza for arranging this deal. He is very welcoming and an amazing person overall. All other person I met was very nice as well. It didn't feel like it was a dealership at all (in a good way). I was very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends. More power to this place!

We found our Guest Advisor, Jason Lee, to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Our experience of buying a new vehicle was very comfortable and relatively stress-free.We would highly recommend Jason and Destination Honda Burnaby to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle or have their Honda serviced. Their Service Manager, Joe Driver, also does an excellent job looking after their customers. Very satisfied all around.

I was at the dealership today to get my car fixed and the guy who took me said that as long as my previous problem (emission system issue) wasn't on all the time, it wasn't easy to check and it wasn't too important. But the previous employee didn't tell me this. The first time I checked and replaced the part, the same problem reappeared a day later. The second time I checked, they said I needed to replace other parts... When I went there for the third time, I didn't know who to believe when I was told to wait until the fault light wouldn't go off. Time and money spent before was wasted

I want to thank Brandon Lee at Destination Honda Burnaby for his kind and caring service. I had made an appointment for a full detailing of my 2006 CVR, a wonderful old car that I deeply value. I was called on the day and told the appointment had been cancelled...so I drove to Destination Honda in Burnaby and asked why? Brandon came to my rescue! He said that my appointment was not cancelled and to leave the car with him...and he would make it brand new! And he did:-) Here is my Happy Honda!

I should say this was another nice visit and good experience with me at Destinations Honda Burnaby. Firstly, it was easy to book an appointment online, very soon just 5 days away. Secondly, reception was immediate and so efficient. Sam, a Service Adviser met with me warmly right at my arrival without any waiting and clarify the service, estimated time and cost (for me were Honda recall and tires swap, about 2 hours) within minutes. Thirdly, when the recall service was not finished before store closed (as I came in late afternoon) they called me and sent an Uber to take me from work place to home and next day Saturday morning home to their place to fetch my car, very punctual and well arranged. Really impressed by their nice people, excellent customer service and clean spacious work shop. And they provide ICBC auto glass repair newly to add up. Highly recommended.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I must compliment Destination Honda Burnaby for giving us the best car-buying experience. Our sales advisor, Eric, was welcoming and professional. He made us feel very comfortable and never gave us any pressure. He guided us through the purchasing process after we decided on the car we want (a 2018 CR-V). The next day, it was detailed and ready for pick up, and Eric went through all the features with us. Our financial advisor, Jeremy, was equally courteous and thorough in explaining our options. Great dealership! From the moment we stepped inside and went for a test drive right up through to today (several days after bringing our new car home), we've received impeccable service from Joselyn and the team.Regular check-ins & updates on our car's production status, detailed responses to all of our questions (and there were lots - both in person and via email), ample accommodations for our schedule (we aren't in town very often and they managed to get everything in and ready to go during that small window of time with which we were around), and in general made us feel very at ease throughout the whole process.With that all said, I'd definitely recommend Destination Honda Burnaby. Great cars, too. Look how spiffy our 2023 Honda Civic is!
