My son and I were in the painful process of cleaning and repairing my sister's home for sale after she moved to a nursing home. It was a terrible job as we realized that she had not maintained or cleaned her home adequately for a long time. One of the last efforts we scheduled was window cleaning. Sonic came, did a wonderful job inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Then came the real shocker. just before the sale listing, we took a hard look outside the home and realized that the deck looked horrible and was dangerously slippery because of mold, mildew, etc. When I asked Sonic for help, they went out of their way to fit us in on a very short timeframe. The job they did again exceeded any expectations. On both service calls, the Service Techs were very professional, hard working and friendly. I wish I had a before picture of the deck, be have attached two that give you an idea of how well they did. I will use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat. In fact I already have.

I had them remove graffiti from my commercial building and they did a great job. Communication was also very good and they got the job completed quickly. I will definitely use them again for graffiti removal or their other services.

Great service, which is hard to find nowadays! Nick did a wonderful job cleaning the gutters and was kind enough to point out a couple of trouble spots on the downspouts. Also Shelly in Customer service was very pleasant and professional.Second time I have used this company and am looking forward to the next service call.Glad I found Sonic!☺️Gisela

Marcel was great! He has cleaned our windows twice now and the job is always done well. This last time, I had trouble getting our outside water turned on so he washed as many windows as he could by hand, then came back to finish the job once I had my act together. I really appreciate his responsiveness, willingness to work with me and professionalism. Will definitely use Sonic again!

I had the best experience with this company. The owner, James, has figured out how important customer service is! Communication with Hailey in office and later with Nick, the crew manager was with immediate response. I highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond my expectations. I’m sorry now that I didn’t have the windows done. Next time! Below are the awful before pics. Everything is fresh and clean and bright now.
