I bought an insulated food bag here a few weeks ago just to carry groceries in and it started to fall apart after using it a handful of times. I thought I would bring it in and show the store owner it was defective and he would replace it with proper bag. It was the weirdest experience, he basically said ya I know, it’s from China what do you expect. I have a feeling many people have come back to complain about this bag yet he keeps selling them, along with a boat load of other cheap merchandise that will not last. I guess that’s what you get when buying from a “Canadian souvenir shop”. Lesson learned, don’t buy from this store again.
