We have been working with Chilliwack Animal Hospital for several years now since they first opened up in Chilliwack.I cannot say enough how amazing Dr. Dhalio and his staff are.We would not be where we are today without them and we would not have been able to help as many cats in the community without their hard work and dedication.Dr. Dhalio is knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate.Thank you all so much for your commitment to animals and we are thrilled to continue working with you.

Last year we were calling for a vet in short notice and CAH fit us in. It was a good experience with a reasonable bill. Rarely do I leave a vet clinic thinking this. Last week we had another emergency (or a we thought). Our vet could not accommodate us so we called CAH again. They got us in right away. My son brought the dog to the appointment and, while the vet ciukd have recommended so many expensive routes that we would have paid for, he suggested (for an older dog) the most reasonable option (which worked just fine). My son walked away with a bill that was a mere fraction of what it could have been. Very impressed with such honesty and practicality.

I have had great experiences here! Very compassionate towards my cat and very fair. They have gotten me in when my cat wasn't well right away. I trust everything they recommend for him.

The staff is great .they always answer your questions. And the veterans are amazing they are so caring about your pet not your money. It is a pleasure to go there.

Always kind, caring, honest. Dr. Dahlio shows compassion to the animals and to the client. He helps those less fortunate as well. His staff are kind, helpful. My 6 pets are all thriving well and happy. Dr. Dahlia also discusses options and cost to suit your situation.

I have been so pleased with the care and service at your clinic as a new client. All staff have been so pleasant and understanding and provided the best care. I appreciate how willing you are to get her in for repeat follow ups to ensure we are on the right track for treatment. I have never experienced this before at any vet and has really helped lower stress knowing we can get her the care when needed. Thank you for answering all our questions.

We were not thrilled with our experience here when we came to have an ear infection treated. I own a fearful dog and do not appreciate the abrupt and impatient handling of the vet. I understand there are time constraints to appointments but as professionals who work with animals everyday, I would think the vets could do better than slapping a muzzle on the dog and proceeding to handle them rather roughly when said dog is clearly very afraid. We had a much better experience at our previous clinic, where the vets took the time to approach slowly and give him a minute to relax, and clearly had experience with dogs like mine. It seems like standard part of working in this industry should be knowledge of working with fearful and reactive pets. This vet seemed uncomfortable and inconvenienced by our dogs fear.While the ear infection was treated successfully, there was a poor “bedside manner” towards my dog and a lack of patience when we tried to ask questions. I wouldn’t recommend this place for reactive or fearful dog owners as I know from experience there are vets who can do their job with more empathy and patience for dogs that need it.
