I brought in an ignition for my motorcycle as I lost my key in my move. Royal Lock and Key were able to take apart the ignition lock and make a new key within a couple hours and it was priced very well!Will be returning for future lock needs.

Normally I would go to a can tire to get a key cut but I decided to just Google search for a place near me at the time. It was a good decision. The guy there was very friendly and polite and helpful. I got a free pen and key thingy and that it may not be much but it was a nice offer. Price was good, of course, and they cut my key in just a few moments. The fellow there even came out to my car to make sure it was done right. Good service is priceless. Its not often I need to cut keys but if I do, I'll definitely be going back there for sure.

Such amazing and friendly customer service. The entire staff were pleasant and accommodating but mostly understanding and helpful when a difficult and frustrating situation presented itself. They were more concerned with the customers circumstances than the typical company prerogative. It's been a long time since I seen a business treat their patron so well and appreciate the curveball that's been dealt to them. I'll never use another locksmith in Edmonton

Knowledgeable staff. I got new keys cut for 2008 GMC 1500 off old key. 1 worked but the other didn't. They cut me another key from VIN number. What a difference. It works too. I'll be taking the tumbler out and get them to rebuild it to factory and get more keys cut.

Needed to get some office keys cut after the first place I went to (rhymes with Dome Hepot) wasn't able to make duplicates that worked.Keys were cut super fast and the price was fair. Just tested the keys and they work great!Appreciate it!
