Great and understanding staff. Covid compliant. Never like to use this service but recommend this location if you're in need.

I have been coming to this location on and off for many years. The staff are always very courteous and understanding. However, my visit today prompted me to finally write a review.Adam was my CSR for this visit. I explained why I was there and that I had issues on the website/app (as I very commonly do). Adam was kind to apologize for that experience despite not having any direct responsibility for it. I told him about my promotion and he congratulated me. He was able to provide me the product I required swiftly and asked permission whenever he needed to photocopy or keep any documentation.This type of experience is very common for me at this location. Even when other factors prevent me from getting the product I want, the staff always provide alternatives and at times, even coaching!Hiring managers be proud, you're doing an excellent job staffing this location!

Over the years I have taken advantage of payday loans and an installment loan. The ladies I have dealt with, Kim and Leeanne (not sure of correct spelling, sorry), both of them have offered me fantastic customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable, kind and pleasant even when they've had a rough day. Thanks again for all your help!

I called Leanne today inquire about loan and she was supper friendly on the phone, witch made my decision to come to her location even easier, as there is one closer to my house. She was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole interaction.She was awesome!!!

Lacewood location staff is amazing and very helpful. Leighanne is the one staff member I like to give and extra thank you too. She has always been so helpful and got me a loan and help that I needed. I recommend going to see her if you have any questions or need help with loans or anything else.

I had tried to pay a bill in the US for 2 weeks now but all the the visits to the Western Union agent and calls/online attempts were unsuccessful. I really appreciate KIM's help in finally getting this transaction through. Thank you so much Kim, Thank you Money Mart Clayton park.
