Excellent experience….Assistant Store manager Arsh was so nice and friendly.

The store was great, but it’s the staff that made my experience so smooth. They were extremely helpful and were there throughout to help me pick the right stuff unril the closing hour of the day. ❤️

One of the best places to but stuff from. The staff is amazing and friendly, specially Arsh. She was really very friendly and had an amazing choice of matching clothes. Even my mom loved the way she handled all the situations whether an inquiry about colour or sizes.I had a good experience with the customer service.

My 91 year old Mother and I had a lovely experience today. The staff were lovely very helpful and kind.

The young cashier’s attitude is really bad, I was in the store shop some underwears, when I was choosing she came to do some exchange for the previous customers, that’s totally fine I understand it. But I don’t understand why she closed the drawer I’m choosing, then when I went to check out, she asked me if I need a bag I said yes but she didn’t give me after I pay. I only bought a few things but the check out took forever. I feel offended！

The sales associate who helped me out greeted me shortly after I entered the store. They made sure to let me know they were there if I needed assistance with anything. They offered to get a room open for me since I already had a number of clothes I wanted to try on. They were open to helping me look for similarily styled items and it really seemed like they were going out of their way to assist me which was very refreshing to see. The other sales associate working didn't seem to reflect all of these amazing qualities though. They weren't as interactive with the customers but seemed more comfortable chatting with their coworker.

Visiting McArthur Glen is an experience in and of itself! Having great stores is a bonus. The Staff in this La Vie En Rose are particularly helpful. The girls went out of their way to look upstairs for the size I needed. There are often some great finds in the sale areas.

They give the best service. I was unable to choose which size fits me well. The lady over there was so cooperate and she helped me so well in choosing it.

Had to shop for my girlfriend and i was blown away by the level of service i received. The store manager, Mali, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and she went above and beyond to help me find the items i wanted.I would highly recommend this store and their professional staff.

Micah was so helpful from the moment I walked in, I approached a few ladies that worked there and Micah was the first to step up and go on the hunt for what I was looking for despite her coworkers stating that they don't carry my size. She continued to work with me to help me find what I was looking for, and helped fit me into the perfect bra. She also got a colleague Arsh to assist in the sizing department for me as it is always a challenge for me to find the right size. I am so grateful for my experience due to Micah and her supportive colleague Arsh.I highly recommend you ask for Micah next time you're there and need help with anything!!!Thanks again so much!
