Allan's Alignment & Frame Service

To whoever may be reading this,I hit a pothole this morning and came in looking for help at Allan's Alignment & Frame service. Despite their full schedule they managed to fit me in. They were kind, helpful and patient with me. They provided great service and I highly recommend their business.

I have used this company for many different repairs .They are through and honest . The Lady in front knows the business up ,down and sideways .I am totally satisfied .If you want a honest assessment and a fair estimate of repairs and cost then I suggest you give them a try .Also my Brother and my Grandson are totally satisfied with them .

I went to this shop as a first time customer for my vehicles Wheel Allignement. But driving home, i noticed that my steering wheel is OFF ( when I try to center it, I am going to the right side of the road). So, for the SECOND time I have to call for them to address the issue. But driving home it is still the same, like nothing's happened. So, for the THIRD time i have to call them and rescheduled for the next appointment. The manager reassured me and i was told that sometimes it takes few tries to correct it). But hold and behold

BEWARE!! The owner has NO RESPECT for customers property...I towed my classic car in for an alignment and after the alignment the owner took my car for a 25 min.test drive"in my 50 plus years of being in the automotive industry I have Never seen such callous disregard for a customers property..In less than 10 miles he caused over $10.000 damage! If you take anything of value to this man...do not let it out of your sight!!"

I have a loud bmw, i was in ONLY FOR AN ALIGNMENT and they were revving my car like crazy. and the guy immediately put it in sport mode and ripped it around to the back in the shop. After that i heard about 15 revvs in a row on my car. Literally redlining it which is terrible for it. Thanks a lot guys. When i asked him about it he shyed away to the back room after his associates handed over the keys. Never again, if he asked me i would gladly have revved it for him. I didn’t mind the first 3 or so either, but 15 is excessive. Maybe even more.

Very nice sevice and did much better job than dealers! They took perfect care of my car with a great price. In addition, they kindly washed my car by the way. I would recommend this shop to my friends.

Called around a couple other places and this was the cheapest place so I took a chance on them and they did not let me down! Car was aligned after changing CA and Tie Rods and it was perfect after. Lady at the front desk was super friendly and knew her stuff! Best service i’m received in a while! Will be coming back for all my future jobs! Very clean and nice place! Would highly recommend!

Took my Dodge Grand Caravan for wheel Alignment which was done professionally at a reasonable price. They also washed my car free of charge. Customer service is great and the waiting area is very comfortable and customer friendly.

I hit a curb while I was driving my Lexus yesterday, the front-right wheel got major scratches and the steering wheel needed an alignment since it was tilted towards the right direction. I was lucky to find Allan's Alignment & Frame workshop, I called early in the morning and the customer service was amazing, she was able to book me an appointment on the same day, I reached there and was greeted and had a coffee, I waited there for about an hour and half, then I got my keys back and the steering wheel was fixed professionally, not only that, they did a full check for all the wheels alignment, the caster, the camber, toe-in, and thrust angle. The price was reasonable and I had an amazing experience. If I would go to the dealership, it would be a horrible experience for sure since the extended warranty I bought from Lexus Birchwood is a waste of money and doesn't cover anything, but with Allan's Alignment & Frame, it's absolutely a different experience. Thank you so much guys.

Worked on my F150---Best repair shop I’ve been to in a long time. Honest and do a great job. They charge fairly too.I'll be by soon for work on my Dodge Caravan as well. :)
