Incredible team, dedicated staff and safe environment. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Staff member by the name of Shaunie is very abusive, she yells and screams at my child along with the other children. I have reported her several times but she continues to harass chhildren. When my mother told her to stop yelling at my daughter she started treating my child worse. She called my mother, screamed at her over and over again and told her that my child was a liar. This happened after my daughter reported to me that another child hit her. The staff neglected to tell me and didnt think it was a serious enough issue to make it an incident report. Shaunie then told my child and a class full of children that her grandmother was crazy. I went higher and spoke with Sara, supervisor, Sara accused my child of telling stories even though she confirmed that the child hit my daughter and cursed her out. Then I spoke with Sadia, main supervisor and Irena, contact person for the owner. Sadia and Irena promised change and empathizes with me ans confirmed that Shaunies behavior was deplorable, but its been a year later and almost every morning my daughter cries saying she doesnt want to go to daycare and almost every night she tells me a story about how Shaunie screamed at another child. My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 2, she loved it, never had a problem, I myself went to this same daycare as a child along with my siblings. As soon as my daughter went to Shaunies class everything changed. Now I am looking to transfer her out.

My son stayed at this daycare for 8 years. I love Suzie, Tandy, and Karen. I loved this daycare

My kids have been coming here for the last 3 years I'm very appreciative of everything they do they're very God sent and I hope to keep my kids here for as long as I can five stars well recommended

I use to bring my children here years ago and had no complaints. However years after I enrolled my grandchild we were experiencing issues with a staff member by the name of Shaunie, she had been screaming and harassing my granddaughter.I asked her nicely to stop but the abuse only got worse when I did. At one point she screamed at me over the phone saying my granddaughter was a liar because she told us a boy in her class cursed and hit her. Shaunie didnt believe it even though other staff confirmed that it happened.They neglected to make an incident report because Saudi said it wasn't that serious to her. My daughter talked to Saudia and asked if my granddaughter could be switched into a different class, Saudia said no because the other class was a different age group. This later turned out to be a lie.After my daughter made formal report to Children's Services all of a sudden they found room for her in another classroom with another teacher with children her own age. Instead of Saudia repremanding Shaunie for being abusive to my grandchild and other kids in her care, she said she would be good if we switched my granddaughter to another daycare. Saudia doesn't care about children and neither does Shaunie. I have had other parents complain to me about Shaunie, they even go to Saudia to complain and she dismisses them. Still there are plenty of good staff members who I trust and know are looking out for the best interest of the children, some I have known for years because they cared for my children when they were young.Saudia is a terrible, lazy, cowardly manager who is always away on vacation and protects her staff and her reputation more than she does the children.

All the staff was excellent and co-operative. They encourage children to discover and learn new things. Proper care is taken of food practices and the place is well-maintained for children and their safety. Welcoming and caring environment for everyone.

Great daycare with great people. Clean, good food, and the kids always seem happy to be there. Outdoor space is good too with lots of things to do.
