Called BCAA for a tow IN Sparwood back to Cranbrook. Needed a deck truck. They told BCAA after an hour waiting roadside in 35 degree heat that their deck truck was down. Found out from two sources they have 3 deck trucks and just didnt want to come out for what BCAA pays Fair enough but dont leave us roadside in the heat for an hour before you call and tell them that.
