We experienced amazing service from PBJ Cleaning Depot, specifically Parker and Carter. I contacted them regarding a problem I was experiencing with an accessory for my Karcher pressure washer, Carter listened, and had a replacement part delivered to me within 30 minutes, as we were in the middle of a project. Everyone I have encountered at PBJ have been extremely easy to deal with. If I would have ventured to one of the urban “ big box” stores, our project would have been stalled I fear.
