Inner Fire Martial Arts and Life Skills
I have been learning martial arts with Inner Fire for 2 months now and I loved it. Despite not knowing any basics I learned a lot and had fun. The instructor Ian is super knowledgable, patient, encouraging and helpful. Also, they really put a lot of efforts into building connections and a community here. Highly recommend to give it a try!

Inner Fire Martial Arts and Life Skills
Very beginner friendly class, with an eclectic mix of different martial arts - stick work, kicking, punching, grappling, etc. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, but Ian does a great job giving each student individual feedback. My favorite part is ‘story time’ at the end where we go over a story with interesting implications for morale and ethics.

Inner Fire Martial Arts and Life Skills
I have 3 kids ages 6-20 (the 6 year old is in lil Ninjas) and Ian is hands-down my absolute favourite instructor of all the teachers, activities, classes, everything my kids have ever been enrolled in. He has an incredible gift for teaching discipline while being hilarious & fun. Parents stay and it’s actually fun to just witness Instructor Ian’s magic at work.
