The Muslim lady in the copy/Puralotor area is so useless. She took my return items, told me she’d scan them and it’s been 3 weeks. I called the Amazon people for an update regarding the return and turns out the items were never scanned or sent out!!This is so ridiculous. The staples wouldn’t even help me when I brought up the issue to them. A bunch of thieves.

I went in to ship a parcel, the lady strolled in 10 minutes late after the store opens. Then proceed to argue with me no such address exist in Canada and rudely told me to go Canadapost instead. The Italian lady told me she works everyday and know what she is doing, but have never seen an address like mine. The place I am shipping to is a big company and I showed her the address on their website in Canada. The lady proceed to tell me that she won't send it because if it doesn't get there, she doesn't want to provide a refund because a lot" people do that now. Basically they waste half an hour of my time to tell me that I am a scammer. Great customer service

Helpful customer associates. Whilst they carry a lot of products, for Apple accessories, I would call ahead of time to make sure they have your product in stock.

Empty store, no customers but at the Purolator counter: 1 clerk only, helping 1 client, both obviously not having a clue what they're doing while other customers wait. I gave up after 20 minutes. Bad service!!!

Always parking, parking lot needs to be repaved. Friendly staff, helpful. Always stocked and clean. Clearance is hard to read and unorganized. I went to buy an Apple Watch but they were out of stock… I asked to to check stock at trinity and they checked quick.

I went here looking for some assistance regarding printing some business cards and the people in the store didn't help me at all. They kept saying go online but later gave me instructions for emailing their store manager directly a draft the next day to review. The next day I emailed them and was informed by the manager that no they don't accept any drafts via email. Even the manager gave me incorrect instructions when I tried to complete my business cards online. The print area employees are mistrained,totally lost and lack any sense of customer service would never go back again.

Had a great in store experience with Brian and Adam. Truly helpful and friendly. Overall great customer service. From my initial phone call to check on availability of a desk , putting on hold then going in to pick it up was fantastic. I added other items that were hard to find and both Brian and Adam were super helpful as well as patient. I love this store location and would highly recommend in store shopping here. Thanks for your help Staples. These guys should be recognized as a great asset to this store. !
