They're pretty decent with their selection of cat litter, but most of the time their shelves are pretty scarce with stuff so they do have to go to the kitchen or store to get what I want because the Cambridge store doesn't carry it

Today I came to the location at Hespeler, Cambridge and I came to look for something to celebrate my dog’s life who just passed away last week, and the 2 girls in the cashier made my day! Excellent customer service. Thank you so much! Everytime I go there with my other dog I have a great experience

Always have great clearance items and samples for rabbits! There's usually a sale on treats, bedding or hay. I stock up when it's on sale for my bunny. Staff is always helpful.

The manager was unbelievably knowledgeable about so many products. My dog is going through cancer and her appetite is becoming a struggle. The empathy and real solutions were just incredible. I plan to try several of her recommendations!

I love the selection here. They carry everything my dog loves and needs. I've had several knowledgeable staff helping me with kibble choices until I finally found one that worked for my 6 month old pup and her dietary needs. Often what I was told also matched what my vet told me regarding food for my dog.Only Ren's carries the puppy formula of Natural Balance Lamb and Brown Rice in small bags. I appreciate this so much.

Poor quality Guinea pig hay in an Oxbow box. Don't buy. The slightly cheaper price isn't worth all of the brown hay mixed in. The bagged Oxbow that I purchase from Pet Smart is lovely, and my Guinea pigs love it.The store is clean.

This location does not have the large selection most others do. I find they are usually out of stock of a lot of items as well.
