The Bridal Centre Calgary
Cecilia was amazing to work with! After showing her a few wedding dresses that I like and telling her what I wish they had, she pulled the perfect dress! I had appointments at two other bridal shops before the Bridal Centre. This was hands down the best experience that I had. Cecilia was so happy to help and I could tell she is passionate about what she does.

I did find two dresses at this location I really loved . But felt like I couldn’t browse even though I paid for the appointment .. I’m overweight and felt somewhat shamed for my size even though the lady helping me was lovely . I’m sceptical about going back . I did peak and see some dresses I liked the look at but when I asked about trying any other dresses was told that ‘those were the ones she would have pulled’ so I cut the appointment short and allowed the two bridesmaids to browse and try on . Not sure if I’ll go back . I did love two of the dresses but I’m undecided because of experience . I had open view of any type of gown except a straight cut as I’m curvy (even without the extra weight) but was put in the same style over and over . . Little nervous to revisit this location again

I have no other words to describe my experience at The Bridal Centre other than AMAZING! For starters the space is absolutely gorgeous; light, spacious and clean. Every staff member I encountered was so lovely and excited to help. Cecilia was my consultant and she helped me find my dream dress! She had read what I put on my appointment application form and already had styles pulled for me when I arrived. My gown ended up being the second one I tried on and at the end of my appointment I could hardly believe it was that simple! I highly recommend The Bridal Centre for any bride looking for their gown and I will definitely be going back for bridesmaids dresses and suit rentals for the guys! Thank you Bridal Centre Team!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cecilia today for my appointment at the Bridal Centre. She was incredibly kind, insightful, helpful, sincere...the list goes on. I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew she would be the one to find my dress, and she did! I am forever grateful for her supportive, non pushy approach to service. Because of that, I know without a doubt that I got the dress that was truly for me. Thank you, Cecilia for the wonderful experience!!

The bridal centre was a really wonderful experience! We drove from Lethbridge for the appointment and definitely don’t regret it. My stylist Nicole and I had so much fun experimenting with different silhouettes and I never felt pressured to settle for something I didn’t want. Other staff were also very kind and the store was cleanly with lots of places to take cute pictures.

I said yes to the dress! From the moment we walked in, Cecilia welcomed us warmly and it felt very upscale and fancy. This is the type of experience ladies dream of - even the bathroom was warm and magical.Cecilia asked all the right questions to understand what it was I was looking for and we took a trip upstairs, where we all proceeded to browse through the dresses, picking ones we thought were suitable.Once we had a handful of dresses, Cecilia got me set up in a change room where we proceeded to try on the dresses. During the try on session, she was so attentive to me and my bridal party, which we all appreciated so much. Genuine interest and warmth. I found my dress, we had champagne, and I was happy with the whole experience. If you were only going to go to one location, I would choose this one.

The bridal centre has a gorgeous set up and beautiful store. The recent renovations are so classy and elegant. Cecilia was my dress specialist and was so wonderful to help me find what I was looking for. The way she helps you try on dresses is very efficient and organized while at the same time she gives you privacy. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, kind and hard working. Thanks for helping me find such a beautiful and special wedding dress at your store! It was such a memorable experience that I will always look back on fondly! Highly recommend The Bridal Centre when looking for the dress of your dreams!

Cecile was such a sweetheart and really went above and beyond to help me find “the dress” even though walking in I had no clue what that looked like! The girls and I had such an amazing experience and so many options to choose from! Highly recommend!!!

Can’t say enough about how excellently we were treated by Duncan when picking up my son’s grad suit. He made us both feel like a million bucks. He was friendly and so helpful. Thanks! Would recommend this place to anyone who needs great quality clothes and a hassle free rental experience.

I had the absolute best experience with The Bridal Centre Calgary! They treated my mom, auntie, and I with so much respect and patience. They really know how to make you feel like the most special bride and hype you up! We ended up finding my dream dress, and had such a lovely experience in the other dress section for my mom! It’s clean, beautiful, and the selection was abundant, thank you so much for making this such a memorable beautiful day for us! We appreciate you all so so much!
