Worse service I've seen. I got the notice from Canada post office on Friday that I could come to pick up my staff after 1pm next business day. I came on Sunday and they said I have to come back on business day that mean on Monday. Ok I did come back on Monday and their employee said because my stuff came on Friday so there are a lot packages in the back that she don't know. She don't even take a look or help me to find it and she said I can come back tomorrow I asked what if I come back tomorrow and you still say you don't know because you still have alot stuff in the back that you don't have time to look for it. All she said to me that call before you come. It is ridiculous. Why i have to come back when Im already at the location and my stuff is in the back and she don't even try to help me look for it

I took 4 Court Documents to a Canada…I took 4 Court Documents to a Canada Post Office to be sent out Register Mail" I specified that a Signature and Name of the person receiving was a must. I asked the employee if that's possible she said I had to write it on the envelope and the courier would look and follow instructions accordingly. Did what she said she charged me accordingly and when I went to track the packages to see who received them there was nothing they wrote "signature option was not requested". When I called CS they said they are not getting any signatures at this time because of COVID 19 however this was never mentioned to me otherwise I would have gone a different route with UPS myself private delivery anything. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. These were court documents 4 of them and I spent $150.00/ each total of $600 for these documents to get to the right people and now no one knows what happened to them and I cannot confirm delivery because I have no name no signature. I'm sorry but if your employees are not monitored and doing their job properly they need to be fired not hid behind the union. Such a disgrace of service and lies. I'm beyond upset and on my way to confront this excuse of an employee!!! UPS all the way from now on. FYI I'm a business you just lost and hopefully you'll loose a lot more after this. Location this happened was 9200 Weston Rd Piazza Villagio Plaza Woodbridge ONT

I send a send a parcel out FROM Ontario TOAlberta on a monday morning. Tuesday morning the parcel end up in my mailbox in Ontario.Not sure what kind of staff members are working at the warehouse, but clearly uneducated. I went back to the local post office, i was told to call the help line since they aren’t make any mistake everything is correct on the parcel. They don’t understand what happened.So i called the help line, spoke the the supervisor Tony who didn’t even apologize. Offered me to pay for the parcel again AT THIS TIME said a million times then they can refund me sometimes later on.Said it “AT THIS TIME” only since I don’t have any record with them then basically i got hang up.I’m asking if someone making a mistake i big FAIL is it hard to apologize and get that parcel send it out without paying up front?I called back after i got hang up on, the other lovely lady Nickol told me if I don’t like the whole thing she cancel the refund and i can go back to to local post office and let them know to call the help line. Then she hang up on me as well.I came back to the local post office, turns out i am not able to track my parcel anymore. They can not call the help line.What kind of service is this Canada Post? Not even saying what kind of supervisor working there who hangs up on the clients? Big shame! Own up to your mistakes, and it’s really unprofessional to hang up on anyone.

I had a overall above and beyond service during my visit today. The staff works here in the afternoon Mach 15, is very helpful and patient, also she process the work in a fast and professional way. She uses a friendly tone to greet her costumers and she also checks on costumers ask if they need helps or doing ok. Brighten my day. I’m also a service worker and know her nice attitude needs to be appreciated.

I strongly advise advoiding this location until they train their employee Jessica in the post office to avoid a headache and disrespectful comments.I dealt with employee Jessica who works for Canada Post and she was completly clueless and does not care to help customers.She did not know their own policy when it came to certain things that I had to call Canada Post and listen in on the conversation while they educated her on their policies.Mind you this is the post office manager which was shocking because her demeanor and mannerism was unprofessional and condescending.She also made Discriminatory comments which she did not want to clarify when I asked her toThere is no place for racism or discrimination in any workplace and this is completely unacceptable.
