Fantastic buying experience at BMW Markham. I was lucky to have dealt with Kelvin, I can’t say enough nice things about him. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. As a female buyer, I really appreciated how respectful Kelvin was with dealing directly with me. We live hours away but we were very confident with our purchase. It’s an amazing experience in BMW Markham. I purchased my first BMW there with the great help from Christy. She is a very professional sales lady, experienced and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable advices so to help me identify the car that suits me well. She and her colleagues are very efficient, so even I traded in my old car and need to change to a new plate it just took 2 days for them to make everything ready. The entire process is awesome. Rico (salesperson) was able to drop the vehicle off at my house, as I was unable to get to Markham. Answered all of my questions within a very reasonable time. All required information was given to me ahead of time. It was overall a very pleasant experience and the price of the car was also a great price and it was clear they do not price gouge.It was also nice to know that cash and financing are the same price.
