Aire Serv installed our heat pump.Dean was through and clear on the specs of the new unit's performance in our house.The team showed up at the arranged time and were professional. They completed the installation in the same day and provided us with clear operating instructions.I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone looking for a heat pump.

Very good service, happy with technician. He wore covers over shoes to walk around. They didn’t charge extras for travel time or parking. Very reasonable/fair, highly recommend them!

Brett explained why the original diagnosis was not right and quickly determined the real issue with our heat pump. His installation of a new compressor went well and he also verified there were no leaks in the system. He explained things very clearly and gave me confidence in his knowledge and skills throughout our experience. And the bill matched the estimate, nothing extra. The system is working very well now. Highly recommend them.

On March 2, Brett performed an annual maintenance inspection of our heat pump. ( and rescheduled the times of operation for a weekly set up). He was competent and friendly and I gave him a 5 star recommendation.A day or two later, we discovered that the schedule was not correct. We wanted to start heating to 20.5 degrees at 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM when it would revert to 17.5 degrees. In reality it reverts to heating to 20.5 degrees at 4:20 AM. Not much of a difference but we still wanted it corrected...either the thermostat wasn't working properly or Brett had not programmed it correctly.He phoned me after I had asked the receptionist to arrange the call. Bottom line, he was impatient, rude and seemed so angry when I suggested that he take 5 minutes to look at the thermostat. I emphasized that this was not an emergency and could be done anytime. He hung up on me and I haven't heard from him since.Admittedly, this issue diminishes in importance as warm weather approaches. And we are booked for a six month recall when this matter will be corrected....So 5 stars for technical knowledge and 1 star for lack of empathy. Austin and Andrew worked hard for several hours to fix my heat pump, which had stopped completely due to a pressure sensor failure. They were incredibly diligent, knowledgeable, and polite. I'm very grateful I found Aire Serv and will continue to use this company for the maintenance of my heat pump!

I can't say enough good things about this company, especially after such terrible service with similar companies. They responded to my initial request quickly, I got a scheduled appointment within a week. The technician who showed up was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me understand how to correctly set and operate my HRV system. Highly recommend!

Installation was done on March 6th. A full day of work. The team worked hard and efficiently- beautiful job done. Mike and his team worked very well together. Andrew Malyk the electrician did a fabulous clean job too. Great work altogether and look forward to many years of dealing with this company.

I was extremely pleased with my service from Aire Serv. I moved into a 1968 home and my first early morning in, the heat wasn't working. I called around and their dispatch Veronica was extremely helpful and assured me she would see what she could do on such short notice for our emergency. Within ten minutes Veronica called me back and confirmed that a technician was would be over in 30 minutes. The technician that showed up was Jeff Lederer and he was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. Jeff took a look at my system and quickly discovered what the issue was (the technician" that had installed the heat pump had messed up big time) and Jeff documented every item and explained everything very thoroughly to me about the system

A very efficient and knowledgeable technician who was responsive to all my questions. I had some concerns and he put my mind at ease. A very positive experience.
