Really happy with the care I am getting at lifemark. I see Nathan as my physiotherapist and he really dose a great job of asking the right questions to see whats going on with my body to figure out the best way to treat it. Sometimes I swear he has magic hands and has the perfect solutions to treating my angry muscles.I am also seeing Erica for pelvic floor therapy and she is honestly amazing. Really cares about the success of her patients, is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to which is so important when its such a personal topic.I also go for massage with Erin and she does a fantastic job finding all the tough spots that need love. She's a positive and caring person. Massage is always an excellent modality from promoting blood flow to the areas of the body that need healing.Lifemark has a new Kinesiologist, his name is Chris. So far I have only had 2 appointments with him, but he is nice and approachable and seems to be knowledgeable on the stretches and exercises that he is showing me so far. I look forward to working with him and continueing with the rest of the team to get my body into better form

Additional feedback on December 02, 2022:First they replied last week and said they can't find my last name and they are no longer provide 48 hours appointment due to COVID. For 1 second I thought I am still living in 2020.Then Nathan the director edit the reply around Novbember 30, for Do you mind providing me with your last name so that I can get to the bottom of what we when wrong". Shame on you Nathan the Director

A very helpful experience provided by the staff and physiotherapist, Nathan. Amazing assistance all around.

Took out 14 month old daughter to see Nimmy and she made us all feel very comfortable during the visit, received great treatment and information

They are super friendly and Nathan has been amazing as he is very knowledgeable as it got the main issue of my curved foot that many others were unsure about and helps build my own knowledge on it.

Would highly recommend to friends and family. Therapists are very knowledgeable and Caring to all needs of the clients.

These 5 stars are all for Kristin at front reception. She is unbelievable! Personable, great phone etiquette, so friendly, and remembers all the names of the regular clients!!! I am relatively new to the area and she makes me feel like I’ve been coming here for years. Thank you so much Kristin, you are amazing and definitely brightened my day :) :) :)

This was a very good experience at a time I really needed it. I hobbled in slowly to see Chris Coughlin and walked out at a good pace. There is no better commendation. He listened well, described what he was doing through the entire treatment, helped me understand what I needed to do to improve over time and overall I was in so much better shape after an injury had put me in a lot of pain.
