Top notch service- we even watched as the worker in the bucket lowered himself to a neighboring tree today to re-home a bird's nest he found way up in the branches of the tree they were removing for us! They chipped and removed all of the wood from a very large, very dead ash tree, including the stump and roots, leaving us with a level yard area where a tree and large mound had been. They will be our go-to for future tree services and the company we recommend to others.

There's compassion, too, since the crew technically removes shade from your yard.That crew arrives very early with an army of equipment that you just don't see much of around town: advanced, remote-controlled machinery that handle their surgery.Did I mention they're fast? It's tough to fathom how long it would take other firms to complete the same job, since these young and diligent workers tackle so much in a short span.Bottom line, you're not going to believe how thorough and precise the result will be until you see it. Entire process was flawless! Estimator, Roger, provided a detailed quote and shared his knowledge of trees to back up his recommendations. The crew of 5 arrived today and hustled the entire time to remove four trees for us. State of the art equipment was used. Many Buffalonians still remember the Blizzard of '77; now the Blizzard of 2022 is part of our history. This weekend two 70-90 ft Ash Trees fell and hit our shed and house roof tearing about 1 ft. diameter holes in several places. As soon as the Blizzard subsided the Parkhill Tree team came out and surgically removed the trees from our roof and shed. This was no easy task to do without creating more damage to our house and shed. The Parkhill Team was fast, courteous and accurate. The training of each Parkhill employee was evident in this difficult removal. I am absolutely thrilled with the work by Parkhill. I had two trees removed from my backyard, one in particular was huge, half dead and precariously positioned between the main power line to the neighborhood and the line to my house. Needless to say I'd be in a whole lot of trouble if it came down on its own. I needed a company that was insured to work within those lines and am grateful to have found Parkhill Tree and Land Management. They are extraordinarily professional, and honestly really fun to watch them work. They work clean, raking and cleaning as they go. Included in my job was stump grinding so by the end of the day I not only had my nightmare tree gone, I am able to use that space without waiting for a secondary contractor to grind the stump.Top things about my experience with Parkhill:- They are insured to work around power lines. Frankly being insured for any dangerous work is not always a given when you are comparing companies.- They used mats to protect my lawn leaving no trace of the heavy equipment used.- They had a great price, best I found.- They are full service, stump grinding at the same time is a big win.- They work clean hauling away everything leaving my yard level at the end of the job.If you have questions they are happy to walk you through and work quickly to get the job done. I highly recommend this company, cannot say enough good things.

Had an 80 foot pin oak and a 75 foot silver maple taken down. Roger and the entire crew were professional and customer focused. It’s an impressive operation to watch. The team was top notch and worked so well together getting what I thought would take several days completely finished the same day. We experienced exceptional service from Parkhill this week... from the first phone call to set up my appointment for an estimate, to when Roger showed up and discussed the whole process and giving us our estimate to the second they turned off the blower from cleaning up after they completed the job! I was beyond impressed. This entire crew were so professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. They even put down rubber mats to protect my lawn. We had a tree taken down in my backyard that was in a difficult spot (between two fences, my pool and our home) they completed this job without any hesitation and any issues at all. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I realized that they were using a remote control to operate the stump grinder. Their equipment is over the top and their pricing was super reasonable. I had 6 other quotes given to me and we chose these guys because of Roger initially ... thank you all for doing a wonderful job. I will keep you on my “go to tree guys” forever and have already recommended you! A special shout out to the owner for also removing my neighbors stump while you were here too... she was so excited and even though we knew you were limited on time you still made it work! They were swerving all over the road and nearly hit my car causing an accident! Whoever is hired to drive for this company was clearly intoxicated and almost hit 2 other people as well. If they can't even drive properly or follow rudimentary road procedures, I highly doubt they're competent enough to perform any jobs at all. Disgraceful

Parkhill Tree came out to my home today to take down a couple of my trees. I was so impressed with their professionalism and the exceptional job they did today. My yard looked so nice when they were done and they cleaned up everything better than what it looked like before they started.
