Today was my second experience with AJ Pumps and both were fantastic. Last year (on a Saturday, right as we were heading back to Vancouver) our sewage pump failed and our bathtubs starting filling with waste. Not only were AJ pumps available on a Saturday but they had everything fixed very quickly. Today, our water intake pump stopped working and again Will arrived quickly and had the whole system back up and running in no time. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone on the Coast.

From my first interaction to our pump installation and even after-care, AJ Pumps provided excellent service - they were careful to assess our needs, make good value recommendations, train us in how to use our new pump, and even followed up to see how we were liking the new water pressure. Greg installed our pump and was exceptionally polite and friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Mandy, who organized our quote, installation and training / service. She was flexible, communicative, prompt and accommodating. A truly exceptional service that I recommend 100%.

Greg the service technician and Mandy the office manager provided exceptional service. Our aging domestic well pump required some minor repairs and everything was handled very professionally. We're very pleased. .

The staff are really friendly. I didn't know this, but they provide quality options for filtering your tap water and well water. They are knowledgeable and they can refer you to more information on local water quality. You can pop in and just ask questions about your water and the best filtering options.
