Regency Toyota Vancouver Sales

I put in an order for a Rav4 2 years ago. The car has finally arrived. The salesperson Levi is very professional. He kept in touch with me during the waiting period. When the car arrived, unlike other dealerships that rushed you into taking delivery immediately, he suggested I should I take a test drive first to make sure it is the car I wanted. The service from the whole team is superb, from Billy, the business manager to the store manager, everyone is friendly and helpful. I have a very bad experience with some other Toyota dealerships in the Greater Vancouver area. Some demand I must trade in a car within 5 years old before they will sell me the car. Other forced me to buy extra package and/or extended warranty or they would not sell me the car. In Regency Toyota on Kingsway, there is no such nonsense. I strongly recommend this dealership, especially the salesperson Levi.

Dealt with David for our first car purchase in Canada - very nice guy and not overly bearing at all, great team, did us a good deal and were really happy to help. Excellent after sales service also where small issues were fixed without any drama. This was a used car purchase also which meant a little extra for the team to help on with small blemishes around car etc, all taken care of. Couldn't recommend more!

I recently purchase my very first car from this location and it has been a great experience. Eddie was our product advisor and with his great help, we were able to find the car that is suitable for our lifestyle and budget. Emanuel (the sales guy) let down this Toyota dealership, Today.He did not do his due diligence on what car was available and made my drive to the dealership ...NOT attend to me and had me stand in the sun for 30 mins to check out a SOLD car and then was downright disrespectful and waved me off.My version of the events are below and I am sure the dealership will write their own... I do invite them to go through their CCTV footage before refuting what I write.Save yourself the hassle and just AVOID EMANUEL... DANNY the Manager should be the person that prospective customers should speak to instead of EMANUEL.-------------------------------What happened according to me:I went in to put a deposit on a GREY Camry and also check out a used 4runner.I had originally called to inquire about the new Toyota Camry as well a used 4runner. Emanuel, confirmed that a GREY Camry would be incoming soon and I should come in to view the 4runner.I drove to their location, met Emanuel and he told me he was attending to another customer and to go have look over the 4runner that was standing outside. I spent the next half hour going over the SUV in the sun on my own and waited on Emanuel to show up.Another person came and drove the vehicle away for detailing.. telling me flatly that the car had sold in the Morning. I was surprised and quite disappointed.I went back and Emanuel came told me the car had sold in the last 30 mins. Which I had a hard time believing. I told him he could have let me know and would have saved me the trip and he flatly told me that it had been a busy day" and flicked his hand at me as I started leaving... Finding this disrespectful

I had a great experience at Regency Toyota Dealership.Eddie was my product advisor,he helped me place an order on my new car .He was very attentive answering all my questions and provided me with great guidance. He cares a lot about his customer and supports them as much as possible.The assistant sales manager, Kam, is also very considerate and helps to make the process really smooth.Thank you Regency Toyota for the wonderful service.I absolutely recommend this friendly dealership.

I recently purchased a Tesla at Regency Toyota and the entire team was fantastic. David was professional, courteous and genuine and was the main reason I bought my car from Regency. David continues to go above and even after my purchase. I highly recommend them. The bow on the car was a nice touch and put a huge smile on my face when David gave me the keys.

We recently picked up our second lease. Everyone was fantastic, especially our sales person Kiah Thorpe! We had such a great time working with her. She was relaxed and communicative, fun and professional. We felt heard, respected and cared for (and I think we got a really good deal). We are so happy with our new car and are looking forward to continuing to work with Kiah when we get our next vehicle. We have recommended her to family who was looking to get a new Toyota and will continue to do so!
