Dreams Discovery Centre

I just had my daughter, Isabella's 2nd Birthday at Dreams and it was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and helpful, from the initial booking to the actual day of the party. My guests commented on how clean and spacious the room was. I loved that the rooms were private and my guests did not have to worry about always keeping their eyes on their kids, which allowed more time for the adults to enjoy each others' company. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I'm already planning to have my sons' birthday at Dreams.

We sent our 12 years son to summer camp this year that ended up with an enormous frustration, a very bad experience with this place staff and especially the owner. They had a field trip to the lake where kids were supposed to swim. It was a super hot day 40C with humidex, when kids arrived they were told that they needed to wait and were not allowed to go to water, after about 15 mins of waiting in this heat, my child called me complaining how hot it is, but had to hang up as counselor didn't allow to make phone calls. Later in the evening our son told us that after keep staying outside in this heat, he decided to walk in into water just to wet his feet and the heat was unbeariable. When one of the counselors noticed that, he was punished by keeping him away from the water for additional 15 minutes, again it was 40C outside. The mental trauma and luckily minor physical trauma our child had to go through was not acceptable and nor justified by any means. Contacting the owner and explaining him this situation led to this 1 star review. Instead of apologizing, he called our son a lier in writing several times, unilaterally protecting his business, his staff and himself. His responses are very aggressive focusing mostly on how good he and his business is while mentioning he had to go through many court cases (not sure one would be proud of such statistics), oh well congratulation! You will now have another one. Our recommendation is to reconsider sending your child to this place mainly due to safety reasons and avoid aggressive behavior by the owner.

Amazing school with such caring and knowledgeable staff. So many creative projects and a curriculum that supports individual growth. Highly reccomend!

We attended many parties at Dreams and so we decided to book our son's birthday party. I like that it is one private room so kids can't get out. The food is prepared on the premises and it's very good. The staff is organized and friendly. They order the cake from Cake By Robert which is great for our nut allergy kid. It's become a family favourite.

Came to stop by and pick up my friend’s little sister from the summer day camp program this afternoon. So well maintained and the kids seem to be having so much fun just as I remember it when I attended the camp as a kid. It has been so long but I still have so many everlasting memories. Despite the number of years Dreams Discovery Daycare has been open and running, the owner is always putting in so much effort and dedication to make sure the kids are having a great time (and staying safe considering the pandemic at the moment). Definitely recommend signing up their kid for any parent who is considering. Keep up the great work Simon. :)

I recently had my daughter's birthday party at Dreams Discovery Centre and it was absolutely amazing! I could not be happier! The staff was unbelievable-extremely helpful, professional and absolutely amazing. The venue was gorgeous-spacious, clean, and so much fun for both the kids and the parents! Everyone had the greatest time and it is certainly the best party we've hosted thanks to Dreams Discovery Centre! I am so pleased with how it went. It was our first time at Dreams Discovery Centre but it won't be our last! It was truly wonderful so thank you so much to everyone at Dreams Discovery Centre for making my daughter's special day so spectacular and unforgettable! We are so happy! We look forward to have our next party at DDC and can't wait to go back!

I’d like to begin by saying thank you to your staff for making my daughter’s birthday memorable. The girls were not only attentive, but incredibly kind to all our requests.The service was impeccable, and the facility was great! We couldn’t have asked for a better, and well run birthday party. The food was brought out on time, and so was the fruits!We ordered all the food from your company and as always, it was top notch! The kids ate it all up and we had more to take home!Until my daughters grow our bouncy castles and play places, you’re going to be my go to place !!!!

We had my sons 3rd birthday party at Dreams Playland today. I was very happy with our experience there and everyone commented on the cleanliness of the play land and how spacious room 1 was which includes 3 hours of use, private room with play area and bouncy castle, unlimited coffee tea and juice and private washroom. The staff at dreams was friendly and helpful not intrusive. We were able to bring in our own food and cake (nut free required), but they also cater on location if required. I would recommend Dreams as a great birthday venue for young kids (we had age range from 15mths to 7years old)

We recently held a birthday party for our son and daughter and could not be happier about the experience. We loved that we could work with the Dreams Discovery staff to arrange for food, cakes as well as cutlery and tablecloths. Anything that was arranged with a third party retailer was picked up for us at no additional charge. The pizza made on site was priced very reasonably and just as good (if not better) than some of the major chains. The staff was extremely attentive during the event which meant we could focus on the kids rather than the party. Overall I would definitely recommend this venue to others and will use their services again in the future.

We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday party at the Dreams Discovery Centre (room #2) and were very pleased with the experience. The facility is very clean and organized, all parents commented on the benefit of the personal playspace vs. shared at other playgrounds - it's so easy to watch young kids and serve food at the same time. Also liked how the room is divided and play area is separated from the party area in room 2 (vs. room 3) - it's much easier to make sure kids don't bring food into the play area.We ordered pizza through Dreams as well and it was served on time and was pretty good quality. No complaints. Will definitely be using Dreams in the future!
