Vending machines work maybe 20% of the time. No machine will take new coins and almost none take newer bills, card readers nearly never work. Empty machines are fairly common.

Terrible customer service. Won’t deliver water in time and can’t even come around to pick up their empty bottles! When you call you don’t get this location, just a general switchboard somewhere else. Call and they’ll say they’ll be there today, don’t show. Call tomorrow and they’ll be there tomorrow, don’t show...and so forth. So unreliable. Unfortunate as the water is quite nice.

They owe us money for returned bottles since August. We have called many times and we keep getting promised repayment but never happens. This is after they refused to pick up their empties or make deliveries to our home.
