Had to leave a review because I was so impressed with my service today. First time customer and fairly new car owner so I was nervous, I needed a tire change and a regular service but I had been dealing with an ongoing issue for months... previous shop said there wasn’t a problem even after i scanned my own car and told them what was indicated. The guys at Piston Ring diagnosed the issue within one hour of dropping off my car at 8am, and everything was done and fixed by noon. GREAT price and friendly, easy going service. Highly recommend!

They did the correct fix on my vehicle incorrectly the first time, then did a secondary fix that I didn't need nor want at my expense when I took it in again.It took 4 seperate trips to resolve the issue I was describing, even when I was explicitly saying what the problem was and what I believed would have fixed it. My experience with the people I spoke to was positive, but I highly doubt I'd be returning here for service.
