Never been to the Sackville location, but the downtown location slaps, great chai lattes and muffins. Super yummy and aesthetic inside, worth stopping by.

BEST coffee in the city!! & the staff is so so lovely. Please open at 7 am again:( I love that this is attached to my boxing gym and I was able to grab a delicious coffee right after my 6am classes. This is such a treat in my day, please open at 7 again♥️♥️♥️

Had a nice latte and cookie with my friend today at the South Park location. At first it felt very odd to kind of walk into a cafe that smelled of gym behind it.... but as soon as you sat down you forgot that.The barista working was very friendly, skilled and welcoming. He served many customers while there with ease and taking extra care with every drink.My chai latte was some of the best I have had in the city topped with beautiful lattee art. Ot was a beautiful little spot looking in the busy street.My experience was greatPros1. Staff are amazing2. Delicious cookies and drinks!3. Chill vibe with lots of natural lightCons1. I think work could be done to make the first wiff of smell when you entrr not sweat or gym.2. The cafe section could be a little bigger it was a full house today and im sure more people would come in if it was a little bigger

Apt 3, is one of my favourite places for high quality coffee in downtown Halifax.An cappuccino & a chocolate chip cookie from Apt 3 certainly makes the day better.The staff are always super friendly, and very welcoming; not to mention the baked goods always pair extremely well with your beverage.

Visited here 2 Saturdays in a row in early June on days when it was rainy and grey outside. Order an iced vanilla latte ($4.90) the first visit, which was tasty, and the second visit a 12oz latte ($4.25). Inside, the music playing was Hiraeth Fejka (from Google - Hiræth', a soulfully atmospheric, melodic electronic deep house tune by Fejká is an exhibition of warmth and calm, which embraces the listener and inspires feelings of longing). The cafe shares the building with a boxing gym in the back of the open space that runs classes and has an official ring. Every now and then the bell rings as people work on their fitness. There are 7 tables for 2 to sit at and is slightly below sidewalk level, so people watching is interesting. The cafe is located across from the Halifax Public Gardens and close to the Citadel and Garrison Grounds. WiFi available.
