Pretty good but the biggest problems are the elevators never working and the out of date bathrooms.

Rooms are really small. Frustrating and at times overwhelming smell in bathrooms. Tough to be on a higher floor (17) and have no elevator. It doesn't appear to be well or promptly maintained. Choose another place if you can at all.

It’s a disaster, if you are choosing a residence don’t choose this one! This is your last option! It is terrible! Wifi doesn’t work. Elevators are sketchy. Random fire alarms at the worst times. Awful bathrooms. And the single rooms are like prisons cells!

Garbage living standards of all kinds. Heat and facilities are rarely operational and the staff steal things and don't do work. Great people in the dorm, horrible conditions, someone ought to sue or something.

Your heating may not work (pray that you're lucky and land yourself a room where it works), in the winter the temperatures in the rooms can hit a low of 10C and they won't (they said they can't even after dozen of complaints) do anything to help you fix it. There are even literal holes in the walls and windows as you feel the cold air blow into the room forming thick layers of ice on the windows (duct tape saved my life).The elevators are constantly broken, usually only 2 works and sometimes only 1 will work for a 20 floor building, and I've been trapped (for more than 30 minutes before help came) in the elevator as well.The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours'... activities to put it nicely.People are constantly doing drugs everywhere and there is little action that the building regulators can do to prevent this.The common rooms are pillaged, the furniture (sofas, chairs, tables) will disappear never to be seen again.Fire alarms will be triggered regularly forcing everyone to leave the building, it was especially brutal in the winter when it once was triggered 4 times within 24 hrs (2 times at night past 10pm in freezing weather).The water is metallic and some floors' tap water is grey upon turning on the faucet.There is no proper garbage disposal system, the garbage usually overflows onto into the lobby of each floor and there is no option to properly sort it on most floors.2/10, no one returns to this place for a reason.

Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the semester. Super small hallways, even smaller bathrooms. Sometimes the shower water stops working for a minute or so. Pretty old building. Community-wise it is not so bad.
