we had Hazelnut latte in coffee and egg white plus red pepper bites plus A turkey bacon style , cheddar and and egg white sandwich! The kids loved the bites and we the coffee! Kenny and Ajay were manning the counters and were v pleasant and courteous ! A very clean and spacious Starbucks

With al of the good coffee shops in NOTL, it's my bad for not taking advantage. I like SB and I can now report that I have found the worst Starbucks I have ever seen.Awful service, they screwed up BOTH drink orders and overall they could have cared less about anything.Avoid this place unless you want to write a worst review ever like yours truly, I will not challenge anyone plagiarizing my words.And truthfully, this is more about the state of Canadian Retail than it is the kids who worked there....enjoy!

The service is unbelievable.They forgot to put sugar in 4 of 5 mocha frappes that i ordered and when i came back to rectify the mistake which they made, instead of apologizing the manager ( who is from Mumbai, India) asked me that why i came at closing time? I would have come back earlier.Technically what he wanted me to do was i should have tasted all the frappes and should have done quality check before i leave the store! Unbelievable.Honestly what i felt on the day is The manager has no intension of working there and is demolishing the name of Starbucks over there!

Cozy little Starbucks on the lake! I love this branch better than it’s former location. The staff are nice and the ambience is good. However, they must improve their ordering queue because it can get quite confusing especially during weekends and busy hours. People coming from their rear entrance are not aware that there’s an existing line up, can’t blame them because the ordering area is really tight. Other than that, I think this Starbucks is very unique and one of a kind!

Such a cute and modern Starbucks. One of the nicest locations that we have been to in Ontario. Very unique. Staff was extremely friendly on a Sunday morning.

For the 3 not so lovely ladies that were working today, it may be time to think of a part time job where you don’t have to interact with any humans.They informed me that it wasn’t a corporate location which is fine, but I would think that Starbucks as a whole, would encourage the same friendly and welcoming customer service amongst all their locations. The eye rolls and passive aggressive smirks between each other when one of us was trying to decide what to get, was completely rude and disrespectful. Not to mention, we were the only customers in store and not holding up any line. Who knows, maybe it was just the overinflated lip injections that prevented the smile.To add to the atrocious customer service, the drinks were also not made properly. It was a repulsive experience and I hope for the other customers, this was just a “one off” type of behaviour from these employees.

Nothing against the food, but the washroom was disgusting. I wanted to change my sons diaper but decided to just do it in the car due to the lack of hygiene. Usually starbucks toilets are clean.

I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks in NOTL over the weekend! Although I had some trouble getting my stroller inside the shop, the exceptional service more than made up for it. The staff went out of their way to make sure my family and I were comfortable and happy. One of my kids needed lukewarm milk and they prepared it perfectly for us. The attention to detail and kindness of the staff really made our day. I highly recommend this Starbucks location to anyone in the area looking for great coffee and excellent customer service!

This is the worst starbuck I have ever experienced. Espresso taste unlike other places. Vanilla sweet cream cold foam is very liquid, often makes the wrong order.Sometimes the staff don't understand what i order. There are some staffs who don't want to welcome guests.
