Excellent place deal with. Always polite and professional. Bought new tires here and ran into a situation with one tire a couple months later. Rather than wash their hands and take me for the cost of another new tire they took good care of me and made the pain less.

Very friendly and helpful guys! It was a very busy Saturday afternoon. The rear wheel of my truck had a puncture, it had to be replaced. They were fully booked for the day and didn’t have the tire that I needed. They pushed me in between appointments and put the spare tire on, with no charge! That helped me drive the 70 km home safely. Thank you very much!!

Just got my winter tires today. Mr. Joe is always very helpful. Since I was busy and could not make an order for winter tires. but within that time, snow fell on the ground and every tire shop became super busy and booked for a month. I explained to Mr. Joe the situation and he brought tires from another city by courier. Today, I could not show up at 7:30 am but I was there around 7:55 am. Still he was very gentle and super understanding gentleman. He received my car and within just 2.5 hours gave me call to inform that my car is ready to go. I am very grateful to him. I noticed he is dealing with other customers so patiently. Also, all of their team members are very helpful and resourceful. I really appreciate Joe's help. Thanks, again and best wishes for Kal-Tire and lots of respects to Mr. Joe.

Big Shout to the Staff at Kal Tire on 67th Street, for their immediate assistance, when I rolled into town with a flat tire on my car-hauler trailer at closing time last Saturday night! They kindly sent out their head mechanic with a dolly jack and he swapped my flat for the spare! I am most grateful as I was able to still make my destination of Rocky Mountain House on time to pick up a vehicle before dark, and make it back to Saskatoon the next morning. Your kindness and gracious service will always be remembered!!! Keep up the Great Work, that was just Awesome!

The staff here are fabulous! They always help me with checking my air pressure. They repaired my tire when it had a slow leak right away and got me back on the road! I will only go here for my tire needs!

Kind words in many reviews... but this shop is sincerely & genuinely a TEAM EFFORT. Everyone works hard and they do it together - the guys busting & mounting the tires and the mechanics work their tails off. No heros or rock stars here... just a hard-working crew - and it's pretty obvious they love working together.

Took my old heavy Chevy in for an alignment, these guys let me know one of my ball joints were bad and let me bring them a new one, slapped it in for me and got the alignment done before the end of the day. Worked with me and were quick. Quote for the work was exactly as they specified no hidden extras. Very impressed with the service here!

Was there in morning to get a tire repaired. I was told to come back at 130 was there at 1250 and at 2 o'clock asked about car and was told they can't do it and next booking on Wednesday. Do better kal tire and don't waste customers time. I went to dealership and fixed me up quickly. I won't be back there and was in market for tires too
