excellent service

Needed to have a vacuum motor replaced and called this place. He told me to come down right away and he would fix. All I can say is he was professional, quick to replace motor and very reasonable! Thank you!

If I could put 0 stars I would, I brought my steam cleaner in last night couple hours before they closed, I conveyed the urgency of needing it fixed as I am moving and needed to clean my carpets within the next day..he told me he would get to it first thing in the morning, after a meeting at 10.. and that he would call me before any work was done to it so I could get an approximate price.. by 1:30 this afternoon I still hadn't heard back so I called and he said he was working on it as we speak... By 2:30 still hadn't heard back, and when I called back I was informed that it was on the bench and hadn't been worked on a all... So I spoke to him again and he said he was too busy answering phones, and didn't acknowledge the fact he already told me that he was working on it... And proceeded to explain how he didn't tell me bunch of different excuses, but I was next in line... So I went and picked it up and was exactly where it was when I dropped it off... Terrible customer service, ridiculous..so unprofessional... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME..

I would never use these guys again. I brought my central vac in for repair on warranty in February, and was told it would be about two weeks depending on the part. Three weeks passed and my wife called and was told the part had shipped and they would repair it when it got here and call us. Another two weeks passed and she called again and they were quite rude on the phone telling her the part is not here yet. Then some of the Covid restrictions occurred, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt that shipping might be disrupted. Called again a month later and were told the exact same thing, so we gave it another two weeks and I called again to be told that the part had shipped and it would be there the next day and that they would have it repaired the next week. So I waited again, another two weeks passed and I called again and they told me again that they were expecting the part tomorrow and would call me next week. Again nothing for two weeks so I called again and got a different guy who said the main guy was sick. I told him that all I wanted to know was if it was ever getting repaired or what I should do with it now being over 3 months since I brought it in. I just wanted a bit of honesty if it could be repaired by them. This other guy told me the sick guy would call me next week. He never did. Two weeks later I called again, and it actually made me laugh, he told me the part was expected tomorrow and he’d repair it over the weekend and call me next week. At this point I just called the manufacturer only to find out that this shop isn’t even an approved warranty repair centre anymore (I wonder why? Lol). We had brought it there because we had this same vacuum repaired there under warranty in 2017 when it was dropped off for a warranty repair they didn’t say they were no longer approved by the manufacturer. So today I went and picked it up, the guy told me that the broken part just isn’t made anymore. I took it to another shop on the other side of Deerfoot and they fixed it within two hours called me and I picked it up, it’s working great now. The Vac Shop is really just a very dishonest business which is why I would certainly not recommend them.

The Vac Shop was a wonderful experience! The shop has been newly renovated and has really turned around. Very clean and beautiful! Still amazing service with everything that I needed to get my central vac back to its original condition. I managed to pick up one of the new air purifiers that kills covid and is FDA approved for my shop. Everyone is going to need one! Great experience!

One Day before Mother in Law is arriving from Germany our Vacuum cleaner quit working . This morning I was at 8.45 at the Vac Shop and received outstanding service. With no hesitation the team took my request for immediate repair to heart and 20 min later the fault was taken care off.It pays big times to spend a little more money to buy your vacuum cleaner form the experts.Thank you for your service . This Shop comes highly recommended.
