A little gem in Ayr/Cambridge. Large open location with great space for private events. Lots of space for free parking. Prices are great and affordable especially for fundraising events. A little further out of the city maybe about 15 mins or so, but for those who don't mind the drive, it is definitely a place to book your next event.

Rejoice! We had our wedding here last night (Feb 19, 2023)It is a very well run venue, 2 perfect rooms for pictures. One with a fireplace and one with a billiards table and bar seating. There are 2 huge washrooms that were very clean and stocked.A few acessable washrooms that were just outside of the regular ones.The staff were very very helpful, friendly and kind. The service they provided was unmatched.There is a podium and stage if you need to talk to a large room, or an intimate crowd.Outside is a very large parking lot, they're located near highways, Preston, Galt and the college area.The food was absolutely amazing, roast beef with gravy, BBQ chicken, veggies steamed to perfection and an assortment of different salad choices.Don't pass this venue up while looking for a place to have your wedding, you may regret not picking here.

We just had our wedding at the police association and cannot say enough great things about it. Melissa was a joy to work with and met all of our needs quickly. The grounds outside were perfect for an outdoor ceremony and the banquet hall was decorated perfectly.

Totally agree with some other reviewers that this is a bit of a hidden gem still for weddings in the area. The outdoor ceremony space is really nice in the summer with the big beautiful trees and the wooden altar. There is unfortunately a kids playground right next to it so you have to be mindful with pictures but there doesn't ever seem to be kids there, likely meant for them when there is a function going on. Lots of parking albeit on gravel. Didn't use the reception area inside but it seems very spacious. It has a bit of an older smell inside but the outdoor ceremony space is worth it.

Good food..quick service...friendly staff

We had our wedding here in September 2019 and can't express enough just how wonderful Jackie and the staff were to deal with. They went above and beyond! We showed up and it was ready, we left and they took everything down. Great prices, great decorations, lots of dancing and a beautiful property. You need to check it out if you are looking for somewhere to get married.

The food was excellent and the staff was awesome. Prices are budget friendly and large proportions. Sweet potato fries are delicious.

We had our wedding here last night and the entire experience was amazing. We could not be happier with the outcome. Jackie Wales was absolutely amazing and helpful through every step of the planning process, the venue looked stunning, the food was amazing, and everything was perfectly on schedule. All of the staff working did an amazing job and they were very professional. Our guests had an amazing time and we cannot thank everyone who helped with our day enough.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Melissa. Due to a family health crisis we had to plan our wedding in 9 weeks. We emailed on a Sunday evening and had a response first thing Monday morning with a pretty comprehensive quote. From there when we went to see the hall (Melissa stayed late on a Friday to meet with us) she was extremely helpful and happy to share our joy. Her follow up was great along the way, even asking us questions we hadn't thought to ask her. We were lucky enough to be able to get in to the hall the night before to set up and she was there with us late again. The maintenance staff stuck around on a rainy Saturday morning and waited long enough for the sun to come out so they could set up chairs on the baseball diamond which we were so hopeful to be able to do. On the day of the wedding there was Melissa again, taking care of every little detail, right down to help myself and the Groomsmen put on our boutonnieres, serving the specialty meals to our guests, and just making sure we could focus on our day. Thank you Melissa for everything. Nikkie said she is sad because we don't get to deal with you anymore.
