My mom went in here to get teeth pulled! 1 they pulled the wrong one so she had to go back! And then when they did pull the right one she had an infection so bad her body swelled and she ended up in the hospital! Worst dentist ever!!!! :( my mom almost died from being septic! This is not acceptable and I wouldn't send my fish here!

Been coming here for 20+ years! Awesome staff, clean establishment and all around a good dental office. The only dentists my family uses.However. I would never reccomed going to Bonnie. She messed up the colour on my moms replacement. Not to mention after an extraction by Bonnie I was rejecting chucks of jawbone for 6 months.

We have been going to Westend Dental seeing Dr. Martin for a number of years now. However our last visit turned out to be phenomenal!! A number of years ago I had broken a tooth and had it temporarily repaired while on vacation. It needed a crown but we could not afford to do it.. so we just left it.At this last app. Dr.Martin informed me that they had a very amazing new machine that could fabricate and fashion a crown right there on site for much lower cost. We went ahead with it and it turned out TERRIFIC!!!We just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU for your amazing expertise and caring attitude!! We tell everyone we know just how professional and helpful this office is. The Dr.s and staff have been very accommodating and super friendly, Putting you at ease. Going to the dentist has never been so much fun!! I hope y’all try them out!!!Thanks a million Dr. Martin!!! Your The BEST!!!!

I have been going to west end dental for about 25 years and always gotten good care. My son has had amazing dental care with Dr Martin.Super professional, clean place and friendly staff.

I have been a patient for 20+ yrs. Dr. Penkala is a magician!! Any procedure I have had done has been pain fee and done with excellent results. I have had the chance to have others (Dr. Brakstad, Dr. Martin) do work on some emergency scenarios they were amazing too. Admin staff is great, always chipper & happy. Now with the recent renovation not a single thing that isn't 5 Star worthy! Fantastic Clinic.

Much the same as other people, I used to loathe the dentist. Everything about it frightened me unreasonably. Recently over the last year or two I’ve had about half of my mouth recieve fillings for cavities, and they were all performed by Dr. Martin. He is beyond exceptional at what he does; kind, incredibly funny, caring, and professional. The name of the assistant escapes me and sadly she does not get a presence on their website, however she makes an outstanding duo with Dr. Martin, and I can’t imagine a better dynamic. She’s beyond nice and always gives you extra water to keep your mouth wet and lip balm if you need it. Additional brownie points for their administration of laughing gas: they mix it with oxygen to prevent headaches. As for quality, I believe I’ve only ever had 1 filling come loose out of ~10, and only 1 that’s been uncomfortable from a jagged edge, which they fixed at my next appointment. They're also very cautious for pain. If something hurts and you make that evident, they'll stop poking at it and make sure you get the proper freezing so you don't feel a thing. I’d imagine a lot of people experience a single bad egg and assume all dentists are the same, however Dr. Martin and Co. really love what they do and will make you love coming, potential dental fees aside. I highly recommend this clinic, and specifically Dr. Martin, for the great service and support they have regularly provided.My family, in particular my children, have been regular patients at this clinic and have regularly received what I would consider excellent care from all levels of staff at West-end Dental. Dr. Martin has gone above and beyond repeatedly to make time for our family in times of both crisis and just a regular check-up to ensure that our dental health is well-managed.The hygenists and administrative staff are equally supportive in handling patient care and dealing with billing and appointment management. I can confidently say our family will not be going anywhere else for our needs.

My family has been using Dr. Martin for 6 years. He has been nothing but amazing with my children and my family. He is so kind and understanding with my children who were very nervous to go to a dentist but they warmed up to Karl. Highly highly recommend going to seeing Dr. Martin.

Had gotten multiple fillings and most were taken care of but I have sweet sensitivity even after months and I’ve had to get 2 root canals fixed after the filling wasn’t properly done. Dr turple leaves decay to have you return.

I’ve been going to Dr. Turple for the last year now and he might be the best dentist I’ve ever had. I went way too long without going to the dentist previously and was anxious about finally going, but Dr. Turple has this very personable and friendly way about him that made it easy to come back. He listens to your concerns and generally seems to care. He does great work! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
