Today I visited Royal Vista Medical Clinic, as my Doctor has retired and I am in search of a new Doctor. Also for a sinus concern. The reception that I received was, very pleasant, understanding, and positive. My sinus concern was promptly review by a Doctor. Thank you for a very positive and comfortable visit. I have been a patient of Dr Tomanek’s for around 16 years. I made the trip from Calgary to Cochrane to see her all those years because she has always taken my concerns seriously and is so caring, kind, smart and dedicated. She’s been there for me through so many issues and I truly feel lucky to have her as my doctor. I am going to be sad when she retires and the selfish part of me wants her to be my doctor forever! The staff are also always very friendly here and I never need to sit and wait in the lobby for too long. Sometimes it’s difficult having to wait for an appointment for greater than one month but I think that is a system wide provincial problem. Thank you for everything Dr T and staff!! You are appreciated!

We are patients of Dr Bhangra & Dr Saeed at this clinic. We have always had a great experience at our appointments. Booking appointments are straight forward & we are always seen on time. Highly recommend if you are looking for professional,Well-knowledged family doctors!

Dr Bedi and Dr Sihota are outstanding, and all the staff, nurses, and assistants at the clinic are always so friendly and personable. Drs Bedi and Sihota took me seriously and got me the referrals and tests I needed, when they were needed. You can’t go wrong by trusting them with your health - after I lost my family doctor, I thought I’d never find another but Dr Sihota took me on and Dr Bedi handled my emergent appointment with grace and professionalism and took over primary care for this issue. She put me at ease and I never once questioned the care I was receiving.

I've been with Dr. Bhangra for two different clinics. I have often issues with this one. I understand that covid has changed things but now they are never open on the weekends and never have availability for people who work normal" working hours.I have taken off work and booked an appointment with this office twice and both times

Dr. Tomanek is by far the best Dr. I've ever had. She truly cares and listens and treats each case as individual as it is. I cannot say enough good things about her! The front desk staff and nurses are all very helpful and kind. I live in the far SE (complete opposite end of the city) and it is well worth the drive to come to an appointment where I will be helped and cared for. Thanks to the team!

I requested to book an appointment on phone. The lady on phone behaved like she is my boss. I felt that she doesn’t care about the patients and wants to command them by either following her recommendations or withdrawing without seeing any doctor. When I reached at clinic, she told me that you are late and can’t see the doctor. I asked what’s the reason and she said we are already behind the schedule. If already behind the schedule, how I can be late? But she started imposing her decision and I withdrew. She herself suggested dates, which I have never requested and booked us in. My wife made a call, got the dates changed. She visited the doctor (Dr Aseel, best doctor at Clinic and is only reason that my family visits this clinic). My son and my wife visited the doctor on June 5th after cancelling our appointments on June 7. I was booked on June 15th after cancellation on June 7. When I visited again on June 15, she charged me no show fee twice and threatened that either see the doctor or go home. I was kept waiting for 40 minutes and order was imposed onto me after 40 minutes of wait time. Important point to mention is that I was refused to see doctor when I was only 15 minutes late on first appointment. I have impression that lady on front desk is misbehaving particular with me every time. I don’t know if she feels that I should not visit the clinic. But overall I have 5 encounters with her and every time she has misbehaved and imposed her orders and threatened me that she will not let me see the doctor. I was really disappointed at last encounter and argued with her. I don’t think that front desk should have this kind of attitude and test their patience. In four encounters, I withdrew felling I should be nice but she kept on testing the limits of politeness.Worst part is that I haven’t received any confirmation of appointments or reminders. Neither I got any text, email or phone confirmation. The clinic is aware of the responsibilities of patients but has no sense of their own responsibility.

My doctor changed to this clinic and I have been there several times since the change. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They actually answer their phones and if put on hold, it's momentarily. My doctor is fantastic and I'm so grateful to have her at this clinic.

Walk In Clinic ▪︎ SOMETIMES! ▪︎ NOT ALL TIMES ▪︎ I will suggest to anyone reading this to Call FIRST to see if they are indeed offering Walk Ins Today. They have good reviews & apparently good doctors. I stopped by today based on the high review rating & close to me location. I was told the doctor who accepts walk ins has left for the day. (Lucky for me, my medical need wasn't urgent). The receptionist did her best to redirect me to another near by Walk In Clinic. Unfortunately Google listed that Clinic as busier than usual at that time. I will call tomorrow, maybe the doctor accepting walk ins, will be present.

This has been my clinic for 3+ years. All admin and doctors are great. Recently they hired a new Admin that is handling check in and answering phones. She is unhelpful and confusing. I called to schedule an appointment. She kept changing the dates then offered me a time slot. She kept saying are you taking this or not. I asked her to give me a minute to look at my calendar. She kept saying are you taking it or not and suddenly ended the call while I was checking my calendar. I called back the clinic but no answer. I suggest that someone from the clinic monitor her language and how she deals with patients physically and on the phone. There is no reason for her to feel superior to the patients
