LoadUp Junk Removal

Very good communication. Booked them late night and they arrived next day. I had to add items to the pick up and they accommodated. Driver was quick and very nice. Would definitely recommend.

The 2 men that showed up to our business (law firm) smelled VERY bad. Extremely unprofessional and used profanity the whole time. One yelled from downstairs to our employee upstairs to try to get her attention all while other employees were trying to work, on phone calls, etc. Extremely disappointed. The door they used to take cabinets out was left open after they pulled off. Neither of the gentlemen said anything about departing but just pulled off, leaving us to wonder if they were coming back in? any paperwork for us to sign? etc. I don't believe we will be using LoadUp again in the future.

Jesus and his coworker (I’m sorry I cannot remember his name) did an excellent job. They were punctual ,efficient , friendly, respectful of my home, and had a great sense of humor! (And the price was reasonable)One of the items was an extremely heavy and bulky elliptical , and they made quick work if it, disassembling it to be sure they didn’t did do any damage removing it from a second floor room. I’ll be very happy to use this service again.

Fardrigue and his able assistant, arriving right on-time, as was well communicated online, carefully and efficiently moved my mattress and exercise bike. The latter was heavy and awkward and they handled it beautifully. Now it can be donated by LoadUp to a needy gym or community center. I appreciated their efficiency and their friendly but professional demeanor. In addition, the price for the job was well below others' estimates, and was easy to schedule. You can trust this company.

Walter and his buddy were consummate professionals. They helped us get rid of a damaged old couch ready for our move and helped us de-clutter a bunch of boxes. Thanks guys!

8-8pm window time frame. No call or ETA—call at 630pm she said will be there before the 8pm window—830 no LoadUp driver or call to make me aware. Call at 830 and am received by a rude woman who acts like I’m inconveniencing her—tells me she will be there at 9:05. When I say that is far after my kids go to bed and find it crazy she says —so should I cancel? (Rude tone) That’s the time I will be there. No I do not want to cancel. But I want to note mattress is heavy and I know that one woman will not be able to move it on their own so I hope you have people with you cause I paid for removal and no aid will come from me. “Do not tell me what I can lift and cannot lift” I will be canceling your order. You are being rude you can’t tell me what me and my team can do so we will be canceling this order, I’m trying to drive and you’re being rude to me so your order is canceled—and hangs up. Get real on that. This girl is offended that I know a single girl (as she never mentioned a team prior to this comment) cannot move it—-after being 2 hours late to the time she herself told me she would be there? Then hangs up like I’m the problem and she’s in the right? It’s like dealing with a child—one who has never been told they are wrong. Something tells me it will be a pain to get my money back as well considering the only way to contact them is through text or email.

The person assigned kept promising he was coming but never showed and stopped picking up his phone. Ended up with a $300 fine. Wouldn't trust again.

Overall the experience was good. It started not so good though. First LoadUp assigned a loader who did not show up. But to their credit, they assigned someone for the next day who did the job well and gave us 10% of the cost back. The loader John was well prepared to accomplish removing two large couches from my 9th floor apartment and was very efficient in completing the task. LoadUp is a great service for last minute junk removal needs. But if you have more time to schedule junk removal in advance, I would suggest contacting a local company directly because LoadUp is a bit on the pricier side, which makes sense because they contract other companies to do the work. It is really not a complaint. It is a great service for what it is. It saved me a ton of time from having to call a ton of companies at the last minute and it was super convenient. Just know exactly what you are getting into.

I have needed this service for awhile and after waiting over a week for a response on Yelp, I found LoadUp thru a google search. I was able to schedule, get a quote and pay in less than 10 minutes. I was a bit worried that there might be a scheduling issues due to it being the day after the 4th, but after I confirmed appt, I was provided an ETA and they were on time, polite and professional. I will definitely use again.

Super easy to book and reschedule. Showed up during the time window. Was in and out. Texts kept me updated on arrival time. Thanks for making it an easy process.
