I do not recommend this company. When they make a mistake on your tax return that costs you thousands in tax due to the CRA, the least I expect is a returned call to address my concerns and try to find a solution. They don't have the decency to call you back or answer your call in the first place when you call during business hours. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I tried to book an appointment over the phone& he was intelligible, so I tried to meet him at a predetermined time during 'open' hoursHe was not available… or picking up the phone when I showed up on time, I instead had my taxes done by a friend for 60$

This is very serious review, and a warning to everyone, last time I did my taxes with Taxman, I needed professional advice to help me do my taxes, they put me in big trouble.I am on the First Time Home Buying Plan, I withdraw from my RRSP, money for the down-payment of my first house, to avoid paying taxes on withdrawing money from RRSP, I needed to refund the money over a period of 10 years.My dad gave me money to refund my down-payment and put the whole down-payment amount in my RRSP.I go see Taxman, I tell them: My dad refunded my down-payment and deposited the money in the RRSP

Went here back in 2010 after H&R made an absolute mess of my taxes. Haven’t gone anywheres else since. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they offer instant refund!

Randal is a flexible and understanding person. Did my taxes for the first time with him and I believe from what I experienced I received a great service.However, I would highly recommend to perform most communications by email as spoken communication can be challenging due to a speech impediment, other than that. Great service.
