I love No Frills there are good choices of food that you can't find easily in any other supermarket in Thunder Bay. Now they have only reusable bags.

Always find good deals on meat here. This is my go-to store.

Cashiers were nice. Except the Security. He made the cashier check my bag because I stole a chocolate bar. Just because I’m native, I didn’t go to the store to steal. And stop racial profiling us natives. I just went in to grab the case of water. I knew this was gonna happen before I walked in. I took the items out of my bag, I bought from Walmart and told my dad “I bet they’re gonna search me.” I felt a negative energy before walking in. I never seen security when I was grabbing the water. And never touched anything else. He finally popped up when I was just lining up to check out. He has a nerve to accuse me of stealing. He’s the one lying. What are you guys teaching the securities? I always wonder. You tell them to follow the natives and accuse them of stealing? I’m disappointed. Indian with glasses security. Next time, I’m gonna charge him for harassment.

Inconsistent with freshness in produce, high meat prices and inconsistent stock.

I went to this location around June 30th to pick up some groceries. Thinking stores would be able to check their own dates, I didn't bother checking until much later. This is unacceptable and frankly disgusting, i understand that sometimes product can go a few days past expiry but these dates are unreal. If i had noticed sooner, I would've went back to the store to get a refund. If shopping at this location, PLEASE be wary of the expiry date and what they try to sell you.

Cashiers are extremely rude. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be rushed out the door. My groceries were squished because the cashier kept running the belt to get me to leave faster. I’m sorry I can’t pack my groceries faster. This woman was Blonde/strawberry blonde old woman working the cash closest to the end on Friday March 3rd. Get a different job if you’re gonna be that much of a c*nt.
