Dealing with this company for over 20 plus years, I Can’t describe the professionalism I have seen from them, staff and management are amazing.

This company works with killamreit rentals and evicts any tenants reporting their unsafe construction happening on the property - even locked out 63 year old with cancer on disability during pandemic and stole all her belongings because of a report to 311 which the city forced them to fix - before complaint that area was not fenced off and large trucks including fire trucks had to park on that collapsing road. They managed to change locks on tenants apartment, turned on all the lights knowing tenant has to pay the bill and tenants can’t see a judge for 3 months. They did all this without court orders. Imagine how unsafe all their building must be if this is a small example

Fabulous place and wish I could afford to rent from them. Just not the right time.
