Whatever you do ,do not deal with Bart Seguin, he showed me what he was going to charge me for a mortgage refinance but when the money came in he took from my proceeds an extea 4500 dollars, when i asked him about it he emailed me and said he did more work than my mortgage did and that I had no.problem paying the broker that money so he took it upon himself to take an extra 4500 dollars. Than he offered me 2000 dollars back if i was to take down my bad review on him and sign a release letter saying that i cant have a bad review about him. This guy is a snake and i have all the emails to back it up.
