Calgary Career Hub

I had very positive experience with Calgary Career Hub. The workshops are held regularly as per schedule . The career counsellors are available for one to one chat when needed. Recommended for all new comers to Canada / Calgary . Also for people in Calgary who are in between jobs .The job market is changing fast and so is the hiring process . Calgary Career Hub is a very good resource and for no cost at all.My best wishes to Calgary Career Hub and all the job seekers out there . I have gone through the pain myself and I know being without meaningful work is a harrowing experience. Keep on trying strategically and tactically . There is light at the end of the tunnel. What should I even say to a company who is doing such amazing work, being so proactive, helpful and encouraging to each and every person! I have attended trainings where each and every person is valued and cared for. Nicole is an amazing person who is also a badass! I love her and the way she deals with all the anxious thoughts and feelings about interviews and etc thrown at her. She has been the sweetest and the kindest human I know. Love her to the core! You'll are doing amazing work... Keep at it :)

I had been job hunting without success for 3 months. One day, I saw an email ad from CCH in my inbox and decided to contact them. It was a game changer.Jane and Nicole were very helpful. My resume went through a major overhaul and I was able to land a job a few weeks after completing all my scheduled workshops.I recommend the CCH for anyone seeking employment.

Excellent service. I was with previous career hubs in Calgary and this is the only one to actually improve my resume, improve my career searching, and help me find a job. Highly recommend if you're looking for a job. Even if you think you already know everything, Calgary Career Hub has plenty to teach you.

The pandemic made it really difficult to get work. I was searching and applying to countless jobs every day and not getting any serious interest. A good friend inspired me to look into Calgary Career Hub, that they may have new ideas and help me find work. Communicating with Calgary Career Hub was easy, and I signed up for their program.My advisor Laury sent a calendar of training sessions and links to the Calgary Career Hub resource library. The library is full of smart, useful, and practical help for every area of job search and resume/cover letter writing. My resume underwent many improvements from this alone.The training sessions involved resume and cover letter writing in more detail, job search, networking, self marketing, LinkedIn, effective communication, interview skills, and change management. Almost all of these interactive meetings via Teams were presented by Jane, and she had great ideas on how to improve my approach to finding work. Laury and Lynne helped me rework my resume and cover letter further, and Lynne helped me with mock interviews.Not long after, my resume and cover letter helped me land a job. That was almost three months ago. Calgary Career Hub is an excellent resource, they will help you level up the face you present to potential employers! Thank you to all my teachers.

The team at Calgary Career Hub are first class. Very perceptive and offered pragmatic and meaningful advice and feedback on my resume. CCH have great resources available to them and they use them for YOUR benefit. I totally rewrote my resume. In conjunction with the one on one help from John and Pam, I found a great job. They coached me and guided me all way from resume to offer. Great job guys.

I highly recommend Calgary Career Hub for newcomers. The team at Calgary Career Hub specially Nicole guided me in to getting a job in Calgary. She reviewed my Resume and gave me tips on finding employment in Canada. They conducted various sessions from job search strategies to keeping a positive attitude while searching for a job. Virtual sessions are extremely helpful and convenient.

They have some great resources to fix your resume, build up your confidence to crack the interviews and provide you with reference if needed. I really recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for work and getting a resume also looking to improve there interview skill. Everyone there are kind and helpful, they make you feel like family and one of there own, they encourage you to keep on trying and never give up on your dream job and gave me all the tools I needed to improve myself. Their services really helped to get me updated for proper job searching. My resume was quite out of date so getting the opportunity to work on it with councillors was very valuable. Every workshop had its merits as well, especially prepping for interviews. It’s not a lot of time commitment which allowed for job hunting at the same time. Glad I enrolled with Calgary Career Hub.
