Would not recommend to anyone. They took a month to do my taxes and lost one of my rent recipes.

Beyond disrespectful disregarding exemptions and gross attitude towards citizens with health issues. Especially in the reopening stages this should absolutely not be the climate people walk into.Additionally, all good reviews are replied to within a day meanwhile complaints are disregarded, very disappointing.

They were extremely friendly and helpful, they were very conscious of the rules right now which made me feel good. Aside from that stuff the only issue I had was with their printer, and that got sorted out easily enough.One thing though, I was served by a woman named Patricia, she was delightful. If you have the chance I definitely recommend!

Service was fast, efficient and thoughtful. I had Wen Liu, who did a great job at helping me to understand my money better, and in ensuring that I was still in control. Will definitely be returning for next year’s tax return.Thanks Wen!

Noreen and Regional Manager Emily are absolutely FANTASTIC!Noreen handled our taxes, found us return money we were not expecting, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, funny and knowledgable and even fixed an issue with CRA we didn't know about.Emily introduced herself to us after we had experienced a very unfortunate situation and employee at another branch location. Emily not only tracked us down, but rectified the situation with an immediate apology. She was so kind, considerate and really made us feel like we were heard and understood. She is a fantastic manager and her staff adore her- that is the true sign of not only a great manager, but a great person.I would recommend this branch to anyone looking to have their taxes done quickly, professionally, accurately and in the presence of amazing people who love their job. (Also the lovely receptionist, Im sorry, I cant remember her name!)

Very upset with my service and my daughters.Was quoted 114.00 , when last year liberty tax charged 56.00!But I thought we'd try this one.It took over 2 1/2 hours for the both of us, after numerous mistakes and needing 3 other people to help we were close to done .. when we were offered different ways to get our refund, not once... Were we told it was at extra cost.Totaling 134.06 EACH !needless to say it was my daughters first experience getting her taxes done.Very disappointed.When I called this morning, it took 2 hours for someone to call me back and say.. Sorry.Sorry doesn't get my money back!I highly discourage anyone that values their $$ to go here.

I came here on advice to do my taxes, it was my first time comming to do them in my own. When I called ahead to ask what I needed the staff were very clear on what I needed.The appointment went great and, Diane was very patient with my questions and helped me understand the process.

watch out . some how my home address and mailing addresses were different..very costly as needed to make payments ..ty H&B cost me never again ..get real tax help..

Do not use hr block. This company was used for a few year with the promise of piece of mind. Only to find out they messed up the returns over a few years and are now saying that piece of mind coverage was not in place. It's a scam they tell you you have it to get your business then when they screw up and you need it they refuse to honor it.Yeah honor your guanteed services you promote... Just to add you took a year of dodging this issue before you decided to address it. Now thousands of dollars owing are going to collections due to your lack of effort. This is not with out numerous conversations to you office and still you took no effort to respond. Manager name is Sandy also Diane is primarily responsible. Update. Jan 25. Once again now even after you only agree to pay for a small amount of the fee you now lied and didn't even pay the amount you agreed on.
