501A on Saturday horrible service waiting for 2 hours but not a single bus came

The experiance a person receives here is the easiest way to begin aknowledging the decline and pitfalls in the community of Brampton. There has been a by-law for years to discourage smoking tobaco on the premises that suposedly decreased the beggars in the immediate area. People often drink in public around here. Peel police are constantly here or near patroling this terminal along with an increasing amount of transit security employees. They recently renovated the inside terminal facilities unsuccessfully because its still an unclean public mess. Fares for Brampton Transit are still on the rise at a cool $4 in cash! A person can only hope one day municipalities won't group Methadone clinics, bars, liquor stores,bail program agencies, and unethical so called religious Regeneration" all togetherto make one massive unending stream of

Wait for buses

Just wanna share today’s experience , its -4 degrees temperature just a beginning of winter 2020, I was waiting for 52 route to gateway terminal and it is so cold outside,No one knows where is bus drive, bus is start but close for customers, I went inside the building to get some warm as I was waiting for a driver from last 10 minsTwo paladin security people one lady and gent, lady guard came to me and said “you’re not supposed to stay inside the building” its just wow I mean you guy’s can stay and protect yourself from cold but I am not, then driver came out from a room somewhere in the building finallyNot s safe place for waiting a bus, v bad experience authorities should do something about it especially in winter months.

I just wanted to say that I spoke to the representatives the other day (Friday afternoon) for some transit information and I have to say that I was blown away by the service that they were able to provide me. They were very informative and was able to answer all my questions that resulted in me leaving the conversation with confidence and a better understanding of the world of public transit. Thank you ladies from Downtown terminal for your help.
