Very helpful in the beginning-- needed a vehicle quickly for a new job and Joseph finalized the paperwork quickly. After researching the warranty, I decided to cancel it and Joseph helped me with this as well. After having the vehicle for a short time realized a few shortfalls:1. Only one key fob2. No floor mats3. No spare tireIt is unfortunate that no one was upfront about this when I was purchasing the vehicle. I get it if the vehicle was cheaper but when you spend $13,000 (plus tax) you would expect transparency. When purchasing a vehicle from them ensure you check over what is included.Prairie west Automotive reached out to me and wants to fix my concerns! Once rectified I will repost my review.
