cashiers working here is trainers. They don't know much about customer service or the way to handle customers in a timely manner. But the manager is a good guy. One of the helpful person in needs. One of this store employee working on Sunday evening is a nice dude, but I don't know his name... 4/5. Need improvement in services

Worst customer service ever. Came and asked about some certain flavours of the ice-cream and the guy inside wasn’t helpful at all. The other customers also requested him to be respectful but still, totally unfair the way he treated me.

They told me I needed to come in to get the price of cigarettes. They could have easily told me, lost a customer who use to go regularly. Rude and obviously looking for a dollar no matter how they treat you. Honestly get new staff.

I had a disappointing experience at this Petro-Canada location. The staff was rude. Their unprofessional behavior created a hostile atmosphere. I do not recommend this location until significant improvements are made in terms of staff behavior and customer service.

It's a great station.I remember one time, my bus was delaying, and it was snowy and so cold.They let me get inside their shop while waiting for the bus.

Worst customer service, i have ever experienced...... a worker named Yamini" in the morning is really rude to the customer. I think she doesn't know how to talk and behave with the customer."

Really friendly staff that works with the rush of high school students that flood the station for snacks and the Tim Hortons inside on a daily basis with kindness even when they are being rowdy like all teenagers are lol. Great service from the on site tim Hortons and the gas station itself.
