My favourite place for haircuts! I haven't used their other services but me and my family have been coming here for a couple years and we're never disappointed. I have in the past had issues finding a hair stylist that knows what to do with men's long hair, no more! Check them out yourself!

Today i got to see both cats around the salon. It made my whole month. Nicole was amazing and matched the cut and colour i had in my head and made it a reality. I haven't felt myself, but after today I feel me again. Great environment, and supportive staff. <3

My friend and I recently had pedicures done at Catwalk. When we booked online it didn’t say anything about a special going on so we were surprised to have been handed champagne and charcuterie while we were waiting at the front. My friend isn’t drinking alcohol at this time, and again, we weren’t expecting to receive champagne, so she kindly declined the champagne, as well as the charcuterie due to severe food allergies.The woman working the front desk noticed that my friend declined the champagne and then blurted out “you don’t want it? What, are you Mormon or something?”. My friend and I were shocked at this comment as it was not only unprofessional but just plain rude.The two women doing our pedicures were lovely, professional, and did a great job - I have nothing but good things to say about the two of them. Unfortunately, it was our initial welcome into the salon that was a poor experience.

Great place and the people were friendly. Owner seemed great! Went in for a dye job and it was just not what I was wanting. Went in the next day to have it Tweaked a little bit and honestly liked it less. I get not everyone can read minds, again they were really nice and understanding about it however, I was told the fixing up would be between 0-$30 and it ended up costing $80. All together ~$300. I went in absolutely loving my hair (just needing a change) Too hating it. I got a thin layer peekaboo and money pieces done...Honestly wish I would have just left it after the first time and didn't spend the money. Overall upset for wasting people's time and my money.

3 friends, including a bride to be visited on June 6 for manicures and pedicures for the brides wedding that week. Within 24 hours, 2 of us including the bride's manicure was chipped and peeling. I contacted Catwalk on June 7th and 8th. A reply did not come until June 16. They requested a phone number, but as of June 29th, we still have not been contacted.I DO NOT recommend Catwalk for manicures or pedicures! Save your money. The poor quality and lack of post service is pitiful!The bride had to go and get her nails done again for her wedding! Time and money lost!

I highly recommend Sunita, she was extremely professional and took her time with my hair. I'm really happy with how it turned out and I'm glad I got someone who gave me options and suggestions on colours I was looking for a completely different look and she delivered. she was really friendly and next time i get my hair done i will definitely book with her again!

I adore Catwalk salon and spa for all my hair, pedicure, manicure and quality body products. It is an amazing atmosphere. The salon is gorgeous from top to bottom. I was in awe of the physical beauty of the space. When my mom was nervous about post covid conditions the stylist masked and eased her anxiety. I was also warmly greeted and the professionalism of stylists are phenomenal! When I've needed a last minute hair appointment they have been above and beyond about accomodating. I love this salon. My entire family enjoys their time here. It may be the Catwalk but they provided water for my puppy.

I’ve hopped from salon to salon in Lethbridge, and going to Catwalk was the best experience i’ve had so far. Katrina was amazing and did an incredible job at cutting and colouring my hair, I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I imagined. This is the most confident i’ve felt after a cut and colour, I think ever! The rest of the staff are so friendly and were so excited and supportive when I chopped off as much hair as I did. Salon was clean and well organized, and overall I had an incredible experience. It was very fairly priced for the service I received as well. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend this salon to those who haven’t been before!!

I visited this place a few times...I had paid a lot of money for a colour that faded out just 3 days later - I was extremely disappointed with how it had turned out as well. I tried to speak with the manager, but she was was not willing to make the situation right... Looking at some other negative comments, and the owner's replies to them, just confirms my feelings about the salon.Another time I had visited this salon, the hair dresser working on me passed me the blow dryer and made me dry my own hair... Again, I could have done that myself and saved 200 dollars. When I go to a salon for my hair, I expect someone else to work on it, as that is what I have paid for.Another time I had gone, my male hairdresser was discussing topless waterparks with me, and this made me feel quite awkward. That was not exactly the kind of conversation I wanted to be having during my service.Steer clear - there are other wonderful, responsible salons in the area that will correct a botched service if it occurs, and will treat you far more respectfully.

Barber cuts are pretty bad and unpolished for $40 +15% tip. I said I wanted a #2 on the sides and a regular crew cut. They didn't cut it short enough or blend properly. Worst of all they left a huge tuft of hair above my ear... Pretty basic stuff they can't get right. Definitely won't go back.Update: Offered to fix hair but already in another country on holidays. Hair was fixed by a different stylist. Changed to 3* review.
