Took 2 months to get appointment. Every time you call they put you on hold. Terrible customer experience. Called the day before appointment to confirm time. I was informed that it would take less then 50 minutes and can wait. Arrived on time for appointment. They told me that i didnt tell them i was staying but i did when i talked to them day before. Maybe they shouldn't put people on hold until they ensure they have correct information. Told if more people arrived for appointment I would have to leave the store. Seems like they are to busy to take care of there customers. People will remember how they are treated. I will bring my business to place that still care about their customers.

Very nice people. Did the car well too. Coming back next week for my other car. They even washed it!

I've been using Krown Kingston for a number of years now. They are always friendly, professional, and addressed any concerns I have had along the way. The product is great, and the application is thorough. Like anything or anyone, though, nothing is perfect, and there has been the ODD time where the application of their product appeared to be light in areas. When returning with my vehicle, they addressed the areas I felt needed extra attention, and always treated me with courtesy and respect. Best of all, my vehicle was always returned to me the way I brought it in.....clean! Well done, Dallas, Peter, and the team. Fantastic experience! Brought my SUV in for rust protection, my vehicle was serviced promptly and efficiently. Everything was explained in detail and the price was fair in comparison to other places that offer the same service. A lot of holes in places where you don't need them!!! Staff was welcoming and friendly. Service was completed quickly. The waiting room was clean. I am only disappointed with the holes that were drilled into my car chassis when there were already accessible ones as part of the car design. Furthermore, the holes were drilled into a very visible placed and this kind of practice will eventually invite rust as bare metal eass likely expose in a humid area of the body just below the door. I would have preferred to be asked whether or not I would agree to have this holes drilled into my car. This question was not asked to me whatsoever. I had the great surprise when it returned to my car. Obviously it is too late now to do anything about it. I I have lots of experience with car rust proofing products and this particular product just creates a mess. There was oil leaking everywhere ok my door panels, they did not avoid spraying onto my disc brake, which cause me car to break poorly for almost a week. The plastic quarter panels on my car now looks terrible with all of the product dripping on it and it doesn't no seem easy to clean. I will have to scrub it with a hard brush and a lot of soap. I prefer the ziebart rust prodding job that I had done in the past and I can't get over the fact that they drilled holes into my car frame in 2021.

Fantastic service and very welcoming staff!Was told about a 40min wait for the car to go through, and was out in about 30, yahoo! They have a window in the back to watch your car go through, so I felt confident being able to peek at my car going through the process. Will definitely be back for years to come!
