Trying to charge me a no show fee when I could not get a hold of their office to reschedule and sent an appt reminder after the scheduled" appointment. Totally unprofessional. Tried to call and get it sorted out and was told I had no choice but to pay it."

I have been going to Dr Lima for many years. He is amazing, he is caring and always addresses any concerns that I have had. His treatments and recommendations have made my day to day life so much more comfortable. We are blessed to have such a knowledgeable doctor in Ontario.
